Here's the transcript:
(The Sesame Street House is shown for a few seconds)
(We see Oscar sitting on his bed)
Oscar: I can't believe I got grounded again. I don't know what got into me.
(Snuffy comes inside Oscar's room)
Snuffy: Hey grouchy.
Oscar: Oh. Hey Snuffy.
Snuffy: Listen, Grundgetta has a big basketball game tonight. Her team is playing against the Anything Muppets basketball team.
Oscar: Let me guess. I can't come because I'm still grounded?
Snuffy: I'm afraid so Oscar. But don't worry, Oscarina Grouch will be here to babysit you.
(Oscar makes a little bit of a sad face for a few seconds. )
Oscar: I wish I wasn't grounded anymore. I wish I could do something about it.
Snuffy: Really? Like what?
(Grundgetta screaming, shocking Snuffy and Oscar)
(Then Snuffy rushes to the bathroom)
Snuffy: I'm coming Grundgetta!
(Oscar makes a shocked / surprised 2 face)
Oscar: Woah. What was all that about.
(Snuffy entering the bathroom running)
Snuffy: Grundgetta, what's wrong?
Grundgetta: Snuffy! I've got pimples!
(Snuffy makes a shocked face)
Snuffy: Are you serious? That's what you were screaming about?
Grundgetta: Yes. This can't be happening! I can't go out like this! I have a big game tonight!
Snuffy: Grundgetta, calm down. It's not that big of a deal. You're just growing up. It's a part of puberty.
Grundgetta: But Snuffy, all the kids from the basketball team are gonna make fun of me!
Snuffy: Grundgetta, not they're not! You're overreacting! Look, we'll deal with this later. Now get ready.
(Snuffy walks out of the scene. While Grundgetta worries about her pimples)
Michaelangelo: Later that day...
(Oscarina grouch reading the newspaper while Oscar sits on the couch waiting for Snuffy and the others)
Oscar: Mom?
Oscarina Grouch: Yes Oscar?
Oscar: Do you think Grundgetta's team win the big game tonight?
Oscarina Grouch: Hmm. I don't know Oscar. But we'll find out when Big Bird, Snuffy, Grundgetta, and the others come home.
(Door opening sound)
Big Bird: We're home!
Oscar: Oh boy!
(Oscar running out of the scene)
Snuffy: It's going to be okay grouchy.
Elmo: Cheer up.
Cookie Monster: Aww, poor you.
Grover: Don't be sad Grundgetta, you'll win next time.
Rosita, Zoe, Prairie Dawn, and Abby Cadabby: Don't cry Grundgetta.
Bert, Count von Count: It's going to be okay Grundgetta, don't cry.
(Oscar walks into the scene)
Baby Bear and Telly Monster: Cheer up Grundgetta. It's okay.
Oscar: Hey Grundgetta. How was the game?
(Grundgetta's eyes fill with tears as one tear comes out of her eye. Then walks out of the scene)
Oscar: Grundgetta? What's going on?
Snuffy: Grundgetta's team lost the big game tonight.
Big Bird: Yeah, Grundgetta missed a really important shot. Which made her team lose. And now she's upset.
Ernie: Not only that, she got bullied for having pimples.
Bert: Ernie!
Ernie: What? It's the truth.
Snuffy: Oscar doesn't need to know about that.
(Oscar heads upstairs)
(We then see Oscar sitting on the floor)
Oscar: I can't believe Grundgetta's team lost the big game. Grundgetta's the best basketball player. She must feel really bad about this. I wish I could cheer her up.
(Oscar gets an idea)
Oscar: I got it! I'll cheer her up. I'll draw her a nice picture. Maybe that can cheer her up.
(Oscar walks out of the scene)
(The next scene, we Grundgetta sitting on the floor inside the garage on her own feeling really sad.)
(Door knocking sound)
(Door open sound)
(Oscar walks inside of the garage with the picture he drew)
Oscar: Hey Grundgetta. You doing okay?
(Grundgetta looks at Oscar for a second, then looks back)
Grundgetta: What do you want?
Oscar: I know you're feeling sad. But I got something to cheer you up.
Grundgetta: Forget Oscar. Nothing will cheer me up. Not after what happened tonight.
(Grundgetta's eyes start filling with tears)
Grundgetta: In fact, I'm done with basketball. I quit.
(Oscar makes a shocked face while a suspense sound is played)
Oscar: What? You can't quit basketball Grundgetta! You're the best basketball player.
(Oscar runs to the garbage can beside the workbench with all of Grundgetta's basketball stuff)
Oscar: You're throwing away all of your basketball stuff? The trophy me, Grover, Elmo and Cookie Monster helped you fix, your basketball wall sticker, and your very own basketball?
Grundgetta: OSCAR, I TOLD YOU, I'M QUITTING BASKETBALL! AND THAT'S FINAL! I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT ANYMORE! AND WHAT'S THAT PIECE OF PAPER IN YOUR HAND?
(Oscar makes an anticipation face for a few seconds)
Oscar: This? Oh. I made this drawing for you. Do you like it?
(Grundgetta makes a shocked face)
Grundgetta: That's the most hideous and grouchy drawing I've ever seen!
(Oscar makes a surprised 2 face)
Oscar: But I made this just for you.
(Oscar thinking. Then I get an idea)
Oscar: Maybe this will cheer you up. Go Grundgetta. Go Grundgetta. Go, Go, Go Grundgetta.
(Grundgetta grabs Oscar's drawing and tears it)
Oscar: Hey! I was only trying to help!
(Snuffy comes inside the garage)
Snuffy: Hey, what's going on in here.
Oscar: Well Snuffy, I was trying to cheer Grundgetta up but then she took my drawing and tore it up.
Snuffy: What? Grundgetta, what is wrong with you? Oscar is trying to help, and this is how you treat him? What happened tonight is not an excuse for you to be rude, especially to Oscar. Now you apologize to Oscar ---
Grundgetta: Or you can shut up and leave me alone!
(Dramatic sound plays in the background, then a Dun Dun Dun sound is played while Oscar and Snuffy do a mouth drop)
Oscar: Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh. Grundgetta, how dare you speak to ---
Snuffy: Oscar, just go to your room. I'll deal with this.
(Oscar walks out of the scene)
(Oscar lying on his bed)
Oscar: I don't get it. I thought that was going to work.
(Big Bird, Elmo, Cookie Monster and Grover walk inside Oscar's room)
Big Bird: You thought what was going to work.
Oscar: Oh. Hi Big Bird, Elmo, Grover, and Cookie Monster. I was trying to cheer Grundgetta up. But it didn't work. And she quit basketball.
(Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Grover and Elmo make a shocked face while Grover speaks)
Grover: What? Grundgetta can't quit basketball! She's so good at it.
Oscar: I know. I just want her to be happy again. But she says nothing will cheer her up.
Big Bird: That's ridiculous!
Cookie Monster: There are hundreds of things that can cheer her up.
(Big Bird, Grover, Elmo and Cookie Monster thinking.)
Big Bird: What makes you happy Oscar.
Oscar: Um. I like birthday parties.
(Oscar makes a surprised 1 face)
Oscar: Hey! I know! We're going to give Grundgetta a not birthday party.
(Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Elmo and Grover make confused faces)
Grover: What?
Oscar: A not birthday party. You know, a birthday party for Grundgetta, except it's not her birthday. With not birthday balloons, not birthday presents, and not birthday cake.
(Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Elmo and Grover make confused faces. Then look at the camera with confused faces. Then look back at Oscar with confused faces)
Big Bird: Um, okay. We'll all go tell the rest of the family.
(Big Bird, Elmo, Cookie Monster and Grover walk out of the scene with confused faces)
Oscar: It's a perfect idea. Hey! I bet this will get me ungrounded for sure.
Michaelangelo: Later on...
(Oscar and the others in the backyard finished setting up for Grundgetta)
Telly Monster: Alright Oscar, we're all set up. Go get Grundgetta in the garage.
Oscar: Okay!
(Oscar running out of the scene)
(Oscar runs to the door to the garage and knocks on the door).
Oscar: Grundgetta!
Grundgetta: Go, away!
(Oscar makes a angry face and then pounds on the door and runs)
(Grundgetta opens the door)
Grundgetta: What do you want Oscar!
Oscar: Come to the backyard.
Grundgetta: Why?
Oscar: Just come with me! Come on!
Grundgetta: *Sigh*. Fine.
(Oscar and Grundgetta walk out of the scene)
(Oscar And Grundgetta walk outside to the backyard)

Big Bird, Snuffy, Elmo, Grover, Cookie Monster, Zoe, Rosita, Abby Cadabby, Ernie, Bert, Count von Count, Baby Bear, Telly Monster, Prarire Dawn, and Oscarina Grouch: SURPRISE!
(Grundgetta gets surprised)
Grundgetta: A party? For me?
Oscar: A not birthday party Grundgetta. Except it's not your birthday.
Bert: It was Oscar's idea.
Count von Count: That's one. One not birthday party for Grundgetta. Ah ah ah.
(Thunder sound)
Oscar: Do you feel better now?
Grundgetta: As a matter of fact... I do! This is amazing! Thanks Oscar. And I'm sorry I was mean to you.
Oscar: That's okay.
(Oscar and Grundgetta hug each other)
Oscarina Grouch: Grundgetta, why don't you come open your presents.
(Grundgetta opens one of her presents)
Grundgetta: My basketball and trophy?
Big Bird: That's right grouchy.
Cookie Monster: We know tonight was hard for you, but we don't ever want you to give up.
Baby Bear: The important thing is that you did your best.
Grundgetta: Aww. Thanks Big Bird, Cookie Monster, and Baby Bear. Maybe I'll continue playing basketball.
Snuffy: And Oscar, for creating an amazing idea, and cheering Grundgetta up. You are ungrounded!
Oscar: Really?
Big Bird: That's right! You're not grounded anymore, because you did something right. Now you can do whatever you want!
Elmo: Come on! Let's party!

(Camera films everyone with a murmured agreement)
Sergeant Thursday: Yeah! That's true ---
Kermit: Yeah, he does look like an M!
Ben: Oh yeah?
(Ben flipping the W over)
(Danger transition is played while Kermit and Sergeant Thursday do a mouth drop, while Ben makes an angry face after flipping the W)

Sergeant Thursday: Well, it's all in a day's work, for Dragnet.
(The "Dum - - - de - DUM - DUM sound is played. After that, Ben says his final part while looking at Sergeant Thursday. And also, M is one of my favourite letters of the alphabet. There is also a place that I wanted to visit that starts with M. Madrid, and Madrid also starts with M.
