AM0901 HD pretty sure Caprianis was thrown during an advantage so not really anything to lose if it went wrong.....a lot easier to do under no pressure.
Farrell’s long, fast, flat one past earls to daly this 6N was also brilliant but in a different way. These sorts of passes have such fine margins but are fantastic when they come off 🙌🏻

Need more Finn! My favourite of the moments not included here is when he shaped to kick a penalty inside the 22 to the corner against Australia, then quickly tapped it, spun round, passed the other way and put (IIRC) Huw Jones in for a try. Beautiful misdirection.

I’ve really changed my opinion on him, with Scotland if he doesn’t have a good game the whole team doesn’t, but when he is on his A game they can defeat anyone!
Over the last season he has been much more consistent and if he keeps playing like this I wouldn't be surprised if he is nominated for World Rugby Player of the Year.

I don’t think people talk enough about how willing he is to take contact just to get that ball away at the last second. Always has his body on the line.

Finn Costello O'Reilly well as someone who watches finn russell week and week out i must say that he has become way more consistent since his move to france, he had an outstanding six nations and carried a squad full of injuries, just look what he did against england, one of the best individual performances i have seen in ages, the guy is amazing and is probably the best 10 in the world at the moment
Russell is phenomenal, but suggesting that he is undoubtedly better then farrell seems a bit hard on the English man.
He’s definitely better than Farrell at 10 I would say Farrell is better at 12 for me he isn’t a 10 I stay with my opinion and I think ranking at 10 1st would be Barrett and 2nd would be Finn Russell
@craig forsyth as a scot myself, I honestly believe in 2 or 3 years whenever the next tour is, finn Russell will be the best 10 in the world. If I were to pick my squad now farrell would start in 10 cos the lad is consistent, and captain material. As for gatland, his clear bias towards Welsh players within lions squads of the past has been disappointing. I'd love to see a new coach in place, Schmidt for lions I hope🙏

2. Takes the ball to the line, gets hit late all the time and never makes a fuss like other notable 10s I could mention...
3. Has absolutely no rig whatsoever, clearly avoids the gym, and yet is one of the world's best players

The job of the 10 is to win you games you shouldn't win an Finn Russell will lose you a lot more games than he'll win you... if I was Scottish I wouldn't want him near the pitch an his attitude is terrible most of the time.
