In my POV mm 540/550(pre2005) chasis original കണ്ടിഷനിൽ load /torque handling ഇൽ വളരെ poor ആണ്. C സെക്ഷൻ ആയതു കൊണ്ട് reiforce ചെയ്തില്ലേൽ bend aakum, അത്യവശ്യം നല്ല load കൊടുത്താൽ. Box frame aakumbam load bearing capacity ഒത്തിരി കൂടും. പിന്നെ chasis width കൂടുതൽ ആണ് leafs വീതി കൂടിയത് aanu. So stability കൂടും, ഞാൻ armada grand opt ചെയ്യാൻ കാരണം, almost എല്ലാം പവർ സ്റ്റീറിങ്, പവർ ബ്രേക്ക്, പവർ ക്ലച്ച്, AC എല്ലാം factory fitted ആണ്. പിന്നെ പ്രശ്നം അതിന്റെ enginum, solinoid based 4wd systemum ആണ്. Armadayil legal ആയി engine alteration പറ്റും.കാരണം 2500CC engine ആണ്, with all bills and documents RTO approve ചെയ്യും, (With right approch )Engine alteration, gearbox u can change to NGT520/530 4wd singleliver as per ur financial capacity. Hope this clears.

ഇത്രയും modify ചെയ്യുമ്പം, chasis നല്ലതു വേണംമായിരുന്നു. Box type or NGCS, രാത്രിയും പകലും ആയിട്ടുള്ള വ്യത്യാസം ആണ് ഡ്രൈവിങ്ങിൽ,stabilityil , കംഫോർട്ടിൽ.സ്വന്തം അനുഭവം ആണ്. 550 ആണെ ആദ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതു, ഈ വണ്ടിയുടെ same spec. എന്നാ ഇപ്പൊ ഒരു NGCS armada ഗ്രാൻഡ് ആണ്, ഇതേ spec but 6സ്പീഡ് 4wd. 540ഓടിച്ചിട്ട്‌ grand ഓടിക്കുമ്പം feel ആകുന്നുണ്ട്.
