Ive been running L4 missions in a cruise missle praxis that cost me less than 200mil, does 850ish dps @ 129km. Ive been able to do every L4 mission so far and earned roughly 400mil in about a day (including isk from LP)

I made mine lower on the dps for now but it's 120k ehp and stable with all passive resistances and can snipe up to 53km away, optimal is 32km and only one cap rig, 2 transverse bulkhead II's and 2 cap recharge with a large micro jump drive for a 100km push. Its a 1b fit. Soon I'll be trying different weapons for better dps and see what has to be traded off. Dual heavy beam laser I x8 with just Multi Ls in them.
60% resistance across the board on the hull at 20.6khp, high resistances on the armor at 16khp and lower shield at 10khp.

Nestor is my favorite battleship. I tried making one for L4s. It's not that great. I just love the look. It's so unique looking. I use to just fly it around to just admire it.
