I just returned to the US after a 30 day trip to Ecuador. I hit all the spots that you mentioned except for the Amazon. I highly recommend the Secret Garden Hostel-Cotopaxi. It is a gorgeous property. Several of the Europeans said that the Amazon was their absolute favorite part of their trip to Ecuador; spectacular in their words.
I'm definitely far more likely to travel to these places you do guides for because it is just so much easier. I never would've thought about Ecuador before but there's so much to see.

Nice to see my family's native country. I was born in Spain but my whole family is from Ecuador and I am proud that they not only appreciate our beautiful landscapes but also our delicious food. It brings back memories of when I visited my family or when I lived in Quito for 2 years. Thank you for continuing to provide the best of each country in the world. I just want to say, you guys are the best travel duo that have been to Ecuador, honestly. I really recommend that you guys go to Guayaquil, it’s such a pretty place especially and (if you want to treat yourselfs) you should stay at the Wyndham (the one at the edge of the water) it’s very worth it. Plus you get really mind blowing deals sometimes. It will give you a different perspective of what people say is Guayaquil 😂. It’s also located near the boardwalk which is pretty nice and fancy. I also recommend going to Samborondon, a couple minutes away from Guayaquil. Samborondon gives you a feeling of high end Arizona and Hawaii. A group of us went just for the day, we took photos, then went back to Guayaquil, which seemed a little more affordable. Other places are San Lorenzo, stunning beach and scenery. Manta is also recommended, but that place had lots of tuna factories outside of the town. Smelled fishy. Further more, Salinas, looks like Miami Beach, recommend for some fun party times, also family friendly.❤

We are planning on spending the first 5 nights and last 4 nights in Quito. In this video you mentioned you found a good place to stay in Quito. Would it be OK to ask the name of the place? You really can't go wrong with airbnbs in Quito! Our favourite ended up being this one air.tl/fW8ZRvnt (not sure if the link will work on youtube) but it had a great hot shower and close to the main area
3 days is quite a bit! Definitely check out the cable car to get a view of the city. Walk the streets including going uo the cathedral and it would be cool to do a half day at the centre of the earth place too!
As a tourist, you have 90 days to stay in Ecuador without needing a visa. If you stay longer you'll need another type of visa, with FBI background checks State Police reports and Health Insurance from Ecuador

I can understand all tge days in the rain amazonic forrest, but 21 days in Quito 🙄 yo crossed from Colombia to Ecuador and didn't stop at Tulcán, to see one of the most unique cemeteries in the world? You didn't go down to Loja, another nice colonial style city, which is also becaming another hub for expats. You missed so many things, including the coast. Next yime you have to plan your trip guys. By the way, Ambato and Riobamba are cities.

Nos ponen alerta roja desestabilizando más nuestra economía. Muchos turistas extranjeros que están acá solo porque que no pudieron cancelar sus viajes dicen” no es como nos lo pintaron” y están disfrutando. Si voy a la Argentina, Colombia, Perú, Estados Unidos, Italia, España, etc obvio no me voy a meter en zonas peligrosas, lo mismo en Ecuador

We generally use AUD but try to add USD through the vlogs too! The price is generally for both servings but I can't guarantee we stick to that 🤔 haha

Shelves above the seats! Cannot confirm about the roof of the minibusses but I'd do everything I can to have my bad with me!

That's super hard to pick! They are both great, but given the recent political and gang issues in Ecuador I'd probably choose Colombia!
