He was familiar and comfortable with the parking garage and thought it would provide him adequate coverage to move Madeline without being noticed and perhaps he was unaware of the cameras…. I’m concerned that Jen suggested the location. She’s involved with this up to her ears.

I would imagine he chose the parking garage because with tourists, sports enthusiasts, and others parking there, seeing someone move a bag from one part of a vehicle to another may not seem as suspicious. He is a real piece of work, so it's hard to say his true motivation for doing anything.

If you look at that area there is a woods on Emissary Avenue, maybe he thought about dumping her in those woods. There was some large bones and a dress and a pair of panties found not to far from the bones. I wonder what woods those were found in? Was it near this area?
