- The State IS seeking the death penalty against Stephan Sterns for the death of Madeline Soto. Discovery also reflects that the police are seeking information about Jenn Soto's email and iPhone accounts, which one would expect.
Case Background: Madeline Soto was last seen on February 26th, 2024. Her body was found five days later in a wooded area less than an hour from home and her mother's boyfriend was arrested. Stephan Sterns's phone revealed disgusting evidence of what he has been doing to Madeline since she was at least 8 years old.

I want the judge to make Stefan Sterns appear for his court hearings. He is a coward and should not get to opt out of appearing. I'm sure they have "ways" of getting him to court. Just like Adam Montgomery got to miss his whole trial. It's interesting that these 2 men who did the most disgusting things to a child are the ones refusing to come to court.

Jen should be at least charged with child neglect/endangerment. She admitted that she would tell them to go sleep together in another room when she had anxiety. 😢She served her child to that sewage. This is how it started: when the sewage started: "It's ok, your mom say we can "sleep together." It's ok we can, it's "normal, but you can't tell your mom, she will get angry at you. And when she comes home and see him in bed with her child, she either think nothing of it or afraid to. Or if she say something, he gets mad and blame her saying he's not doing anything and she begs him for forgiveness to Keep A Man. Poor Maddie, she had no chance. 😢

I noticed Mr. Bain didn't include Jenn Soto in the list of people he spoke with about going forward with the dp charge. He said they were in constant contact with Madeline's father, & "other family members." If she was completely innocent, why wouldn't he have said, "mother & father?" Weird. 👀

Florida doesn't require unanimous consent for the death penalty. It is only necessary for 8 of the 12 jurors to agree on the sentence. I live about 30 minutes from where Madeline was found. Such a sad sad ending for a beautiful innocent girl.
Mr. Bain left out Ms Jennifer Soto's name but said he's talked with Madeline's father. Big clue to me.

I think Madeline told Sterns that she told someone about the abuse OR he had reason to believe that she wss pregnant which in either case would send him to prison

Reviewed documents, interviews ( along with Madeline's friends for, counselor and teachers). Jen is in deep s**t and knows it. Conflicting statements, lies and covering up of what occurred in the condo and what this POS and her mother did to poor Madeline. I pray for her. The Detectives worked the POS and locked him into his lies and story. They also locked Jens story is as well. She is living on borrowed time.
FL has “sunshine laws” and is more transparent with body cams jail call court live streaming than other states so there can be a lot of focus there. Don’t think we have anymore bizarre true crime than other places

Maddie was dropped home by her aunt at 8:30 after the party. Stefan’s arrived to the home shortly after that, Jenn arrived home around 10:30 pm, Jenn went to sleep and sent Maddie and the monster upstairs to the guest bedroom, and she never seen her again!
