    I grew up eating very similar banana fritters to these, but made with whole wheat flour. They're such a warm memory in addition to being delicious and I have been looking for a simple recipe, so thank you! I could almost taste that fritter you crunched on in the end. Delish.

    To be honest, I didn't bake any banana bread during lockdown, but I am DEFINITELY going to make these Banana Fritters. They look terrific.
    Thanks for the recipe, Ruby.

    This is very similar to our Jamaican banana fritters. You made me long for them. I will try this Malaysian approach to banana fritters.

    I made 5 banana breads (use greek yogurt people) but this looks awesome. I miss visiting Southeast Asia!! I also made donuts with Nutella inside... OMG they were evil.

    Change the bananas to ripe plantains to get rid of that unpleasant sulfuric taste of cooked bananas.

    REcipe says corn flour. You say corn starch in the video. Which is it?

    • @anamaeachitarawhangapirita7321
      @anamaeachitarawhangapirita7321 27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Considering it's a fine white powder, they probably mean "cornflour" as known in the UK which is cornstarch in the USA
