I'm so proud of my husband. He's kept with the Proper Human Diet for over 8 months.
We both feel great, and after we lost the appropriate lbs, we started working out at the gym 3X a week. This time, we're at the gym because we WANT to, and remarkably, have the ENERGY to!
    Thx Carnivore! LTC

@Mary-dg4wt I'm so glad you found this informative and are willing to try it. So MANY are healing from so MANY issues, from brain to toes! I WISH we'd have done this so much earlier in our lives! I feel 25 now, and I see this as a way for humanity to break the chains of all the bad medical authority that's ruled us for years!

I read your comment on Dr. Chaffee's interview with Dr. Bright. It's good to find people of my generation who are willing to learn and try new (ancient) ways to improve our lives. Good luck and continued good health to your and your wife.

Just starting carnivore again. My hubby just started back part time at the butcher shop. So we are going to try it for 30 days. We have seen the amazing results in my parents carnivore journey as well as my brother.

Tina, I'm so excited FOR you & your husband on your 30 day test drive of the Proper Human Diet! It's one thing to hear and see results from others, but it's quite another to experience the benefits for yourselves. Please keep us posted on your progress! :)

    OH, WOW...cocktails!
I've been making my own wines and meads for years. I have three gallons of 'Dark Cherry Chocolate Cordial' brewing now 😋
I don't want it. I never even think about it. I didn't look for my vape until 3 in the afternoon yesterday......im on day 9‼️

Day 9?!? Outstanding, and congratulations on your rapid success! 🎉 I am still (happily)confounded at the body's response to this way of eating. Keep up the great work, and please keep us posted on you your future successes!

Good on you that you knew how to make those wines, but REMARKABLE that you had that same reaction as we did! I tell you, if people would only TRY this way of eating for a couple weeks...oh the changes they'd see so quickly, right? 👏👏👏 to you for recognizing and posting that it happened to you too!!!
Weird... eat the way we were designed to eat and we feel better...😁
Congratulations 🎉 Stay strong 💪 and stick with it... more improvements to come❣️

Excellent Bro! I’m struggling with getting started - baked the bacon and have enjoyed that, but i’m laid up over here for the next few weeks. Sprained my back and bruised the tailbone at work! Please send any ideas my way if you can think of a way to incorporate it without having to stand at the stove for very long. Great vid 👍🏻

    • @CarnivoreJim
      @CarnivoreJim  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

OUCH! Sorry to hear about your back, but HAPPY to hear you're planning on choosing to take the offramp to gettin' healthier! 1)
Scrambled eggs don't take long to cook (always include the yolk). NEVER use oil from a bottle - ONLY cook in butter or bacon grease. Salt to taste. Coffee w/ cream is fine - NO SUGAR. When you cook bacon, do a whole pound, then put the rest in the fridge for snacks between meals. Hard boil a half dozen eggs, so they'll also be ready whenever you get hungry, too. (Eggs are good for any meal - they're a super-food, per Dr. Berry.)
      2) Deli meat, cottage cheese (whole fat), cheddar cheese - avoid bread, just eat the meat & cheese, cans of tuna are great for you! (LT says combine tuna w/ the cottage cheese for the fat/protein combo - tastes better to her). Eat w/ a fork right out of the container. (BONUS: all above ideas = no bowls or plates to wash!)
      3) Pre-made rotisserie chicken - eat the skin, add butter - chicken is lean, so you're adding fat.
      4) Use ground beef - if you feel like making burgers, good! If you don't want to stand that long, just mix it up w/ your eggs.
      5) Drink water whenever you're thirsty! NOTHING "sweet." There is NOTHING healthy about artificial sweeteners! Drink mineral or sparkling water for fun (Topo Chico, etc.) Always read labels.
Whatever you eat, EAT UNTIL YOU ARE HONESTLY FULL! With these foods, you'll feel fuller longer, reducing the desire to snack. The following things may sound good, but will slow/reverse progress: Fruit, veggies, bread, OIL of ANY KIND, fruit juices, soda, "gatorade" or ANY so-called health drink, anything that comes in a bag, box or jar. Mustard is GOOD. Ketchup is BAD. Label always says "sugar," or "High-Fructose Corn Syrup" = poison to your system. Also avoid any ingredient with "...OSE" as the end: it's just another name for sugar.
Hope this helps, stay strong - BONUS: if you can stick w/ this for the most part, you WILL heal faster, too! You'll see. 🙂
      Keep us posted!!!

Get yourself a big slicing knife, would probably make it easier to cut even pieces. I have one from Shun and it's great for cutting prime rib, or I suppose rib eye roast into steaks.

I get the sense the more we need to tell everyone we are carnivore the more we sound like Vegans.
