I was driving when Kerry started his Live but I was with my daughter in the car so I didn't want to ignore her in the car with me. So turned it off. We were on our way to her place after she took me out to a Mexican restaurant for Mother's Day! I got a Steak & Shrimp Molcajete! It comes with rice, beans, and tortillas, BUT I told them I don't want any of those sides. That steak was so big and there was a lot of shrimp! I got the steak medium rare! It was so yummy and tender! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👏🏼👍🏼 Great to see you! Wish I saw it live. I only had Kerry on for the first few seconds.

@@CarnivoreJim The name of the restaurant is "Las Fuentes." That molcajete was huge! There was no way that I was going to eat from it. If I did, I would definitely need a booster seat! 🤣 I'm only 5' tall. I mean, short! 🤣 So I asked for a booster seat... I mean, large plate. 🤣 I didn't know how much steak there was until I started putting every strip of meat on the plate! They actually cut the steak into strips and put each piece into the molcajete with a little bit of each piece hanging over it. Then I put all the shrimp on the plate as well! My plate was so full! I ate all of the steak and shrimp and was full! Yumm! 😋 There was some Cactus and onions in there as well, but I didn't eat any of that. Although I do love both cactus and onions. 😋 We call them Nopales! My daughter knows me all too well, seeing that I'm Mexican! 🤣 My daughter is half Irish. Excellent information! Thank you for sharing! I too follow Dr Becker & for the past two years, I’ve been feeding my German Shepard and Chihuahua furbies what you showed but I “cook” mine, bc I’m still leery of giving them “raw” food & chicken bones, they seem to thrive on the cooked version which I figure is better than kibble. I know that raw is much faster prep time than cooking 10-20 lbs of the ground 80/20 chuck & liver, gizzards, chicken hearts but one day I’ll slowly transition and maybe mix half cooked and half raw and eventually end up with all raw. Wish me luck 🍀! I’ve been Ketovore for past 6 years and am leaning more towards carnivore myself, my profile pics show my b4/after weight loss of 75 lbs…so far👍🏻.

Wow! You have a great personal story Graciela! Congratulations on your health success! Remember, you can try carnivore for a month or two to see if you feel any different - because you can always go back to Keto if you need to. Give it a shot! :) Thanx for commenting here. :) I understand your caution in going full raw for your dogs. A Shepard and Chihuahua - both ends of the spectrum! Lucky you! ;-) My wife, Lynne will comment here as well regarding feeding. Thanx again for watching! :)

    • @lynnetuckercarnivore

Graciela - as Kerry Mann (HomesteadHow channel) would say, "You can DO this!" I understand your apprehension as I have the same one about bones, as you heard me talk about in the video. I just don't want them to choke. We both have to think - what would THEIR ancestors do? Theirs would eat their kill, warm perhaps, but definitely not cooked. They would eat the right bones instinctively. Both of us need to be brave. I'm going to start with chicken feet - even though Sammy cannot have chicken MEAT, as the feet actually have a good deal of glucosamine and chondroitin in them, and we know how good that is for joints to move more easily. If I were you to ease into feeding raw, cook half and for not as long. That way, the smell would be there (they are very smell oriented) and you could gradually see how they handle it. Freezing prior first, has benefits to ease your mind. Our stomachs and dogs are VERY acidic, as Dr. Berry tells people when they ask what they should do as they've been told they have parasites! He tells them they do NOT. Additionally, you KNOW God knew dogs would be rummaging around for food and eat things they shouldn't, right? They're DOGS for goodness sake. It's wildly known that dogs will expel that which is harmful for them MUCH easier than a human. Try to feed as much raw as you can and get that smell in the air from cooking. In my dogs transition, I would take the patties and sear them on each side in a pan for about 30 seconds, JUST to get that smell going. It will work and remember...no one of them cooked their food, while the other dogs/wolves went out hunting. They all dove right in to feast...disgusting, yes...but ancestral, just like we're doing the best WE can to get back to our old ways. You can DO this Graciela - baby steps...gradually. All the BEST! You're a GREAT Mom for doing this much. You just have to back off a bit, using the human thoughts about how to do things and put on your Dogs Do THIS Instead, cap! ;) ♥ Thank you for your kind comment, too!!!

@@lynnetuckercarnivore, Hi 👋🏻 you two! I DID IT! 🎉 It’s been 3 weeks now and my 2 furry kiddos are thriving even more 😊, if that’s possible (yes it is)! My German Shepard & my Chihuahua sit patiently in the kitchen sniffing away, while I warm one side of their raw patty & then the other side, break it up & put in their dishes. Oh, plus I grind up the the dried up eggshells I save & sprinkle a little bit on top of their food. I also add 1 egg yolk on top of their food. THEY LOVE IT! I buy the 10 lb ground chuck chub from Sam’s Club & mix 2-3 lbs of diced up beef liver [1st week I tried mixing in 5 lbs of beef liver but it overpowered the patties, the patties form better with less liver added]. Then I form into 1 1/4 lb patties [enough for both of them to share every morning] & double wrap them in plastic wrap & store them in the freezer & it creates around 2 weeks worth of food that comes out to less than $3 a day for the both of them! The prep time is cut more than half than when I used to thoroughly cook their meat & storing them in Pyrex dishes was taking up so much space in my fridge & freezer. Handling all the raw beef kinda grossed hubby out at first but he’s getting used to me prepping their raw food this way. I keep telling hubs that they’re carnivores & so are WE!😉 Thanks for the pep talk! I needed to hear that, it helped me move forward to feed my furballs their “birthright” food, like Dr Berry likes to say. At one of Dr Berry’s speeches at Hack Your Health, he says we have a “birthright” to be fed the proper human diet & so do our pets!🐾❤🐾💕

Graciela... that's WONDERFUL NEWS!!!! The smile on my face, knowing the nutrition your sweet fur babies are getting, is so large! Tell hubby it took me a while of repeating, "I love my dogs, I love my dogs," while handling the liver, oysters, sardines, etc. The beef didn't bother me much, but when dealing with the others...ew. Now, with the version of what I put in the video, it doesn't bother me anymore. Gosh, I'm so glad for your pups and you both!!!

Excellent Bro! I’m struggling with getting started - baked the bacon and have enjoyed that, but i’m laid up over here for the next few weeks. Sprained my back and bruised the tailbone at work! Please send any ideas my way if you can think of a way to incorporate it without having to stand at the stove for very long. Great vid 👍🏻

OUCH! Sorry to hear about your back, but HAPPY to hear you're planning on choosing to take the offramp to gettin' healthier! 1) Scrambled eggs don't take long to cook (always include the yolk). NEVER use oil from a bottle - ONLY cook in butter or bacon grease. Salt to taste. Coffee w/ cream is fine - NO SUGAR. When you cook bacon, do a whole pound, then put the rest in the fridge for snacks between meals. Hard boil a half dozen eggs, so they'll also be ready whenever you get hungry, too. (Eggs are good for any meal - they're a super-food, per Dr. Berry.) 2) Deli meat, cottage cheese (whole fat), cheddar cheese - avoid bread, just eat the meat & cheese, cans of tuna are great for you! (LT says combine tuna w/ the cottage cheese for the fat/protein combo - tastes better to her). Eat w/ a fork right out of the container. (BONUS: all above ideas = no bowls or plates to wash!) 3) Pre-made rotisserie chicken - eat the skin, add butter - chicken is lean, so you're adding fat. 4) Use ground beef - if you feel like making burgers, good! If you don't want to stand that long, just mix it up w/ your eggs. 5) Drink water whenever you're thirsty! NOTHING "sweet." There is NOTHING healthy about artificial sweeteners! Drink mineral or sparkling water for fun (Topo Chico, etc.) Always read labels. Whatever you eat, EAT UNTIL YOU ARE HONESTLY FULL! With these foods, you'll feel fuller longer, reducing the desire to snack. The following things may sound good, but will slow/reverse progress: Fruit, veggies, bread, OIL of ANY KIND, fruit juices, soda, "gatorade" or ANY so-called health drink, anything that comes in a bag, box or jar. Mustard is GOOD. Ketchup is BAD. Label always says "sugar," or "High-Fructose Corn Syrup" = poison to your system. Also avoid any ingredient with "...OSE" as the end: it's just another name for sugar. Hope this helps, stay strong - BONUS: if you can stick w/ this for the most part, you WILL heal faster, too! You'll see. 🙂 Keep us posted!!!

Something wrong with the video, can't hear the audio of the bikes? Throttle control, can't hear it. Acceleration, can't hear it. Gear change, can't hear it. Tire noises, can't hear it. Just some old music instead of the actual audio which matches the video and is hugely important for a control skills video, imo.

Thanx for watching. If this were an instructional/technical video I would have included an expert voiceover, closeups of specific maneuvers, Hero Camera footage from riders' perspective, etc. This was just for entertainment, so I tried to show the action from different angles and perspectives with a bed of music I like to keep it flowing.
