That first mod was awesome! On Becky's build you could have sent the train round the tracks, hover your mouse over the engine and you get a tool tip to press 'E' and start it up. Thank you for playing my build, when you put the floor finish on the wall and the wall finish on the floor my heart sank (good joke lol) but then you went to the office and actually did exactly the same thing! The 'carpet' was a textured finish for the wall and the square tiled wood was the floor. The idea with this build is to buy the new furniture and copy the finish to the old furniture but making up your own is fine too (spin the 'boxes' in the study 180 deg, they are book cases) I love 'Flipping Mondays'
I loved the first one! I have a black cat named Jiji. ❤️ He was a tiny stray kitten that showed up at the house nearly 13 years ago. We once had a black cat named Kiki, too, though her name wasn't from that movie. I was always amused still when they would be together sleeping or playing.
I hate mondays, but when flippin mondays happens, my day gets so much better! and not gonna lie grill, you got a reaction out of me putting the wallpaper on the floor, also the carpet is supposed to be on the wall in that second room above the stripped wood and the tiles go on the floor. lol I love how you do houses anyway! thanks for the content grill I always look forward to it 😊
At least some people in the comments can see what I was trying to do with that second room but Grill will still do his own thing then complain there is too much wood on the walls lol
So much stuff to clean up in that hoarder house. I noticed that the easiest way to figure out what colors to restore the furniture is to buy the furniture for that room and copy that onto the old furniture.
I do love that people can create and upload houses and jobs. I do think some go too far with how much they try yo fit in a space. And unpacking the teensie tiny items and having there be so much of it to unpack...grr. I've given up on some for those reasons. But, can't really complain about free stuff.
I love the mods in this game. I swear, every time, I see something new and incredibly unique that someone created that wasn’t even in the game. Like that sewing room in the hoarder house, the way that was put together was so impressive. And the train track build was amazing, too. Kudos to all the people who make these custom places. And I really hope you continue this latest build. I think you put the wallpaper on the floor as carpet in that last room (I only realized because the box it came in had wallpaper listed on the side), but I gotta admit, I love your interpretations of these rooms. It’s always fun to see how close - or not - you end up getting to the inspiration pic. And that first green room looked so light and airy, I just loved that design; but it was cool to see how the colors you chose gave the room a cozy feeling. Anyway, yeah. I love Flipping Mondays. 😅 I’ve had an extremely stressful week, and this was a great way to unwind a little.
You're spot on about Grill putting the wallpaper on the floor in the second room, but Grill likes it so ..................meh Thanks for mentioning the sewing room, I had a lot of fun creating that just for it to be trashed but it had to be done lol
The downloads on my 'Hoarders Island Home' build have shot up since you posted this video which seem unlikely to be a coincidence, thank you for giving it a new lease of life lol
I loled when you started to clean off my mountains! Also, the train does work as someone else commented! I have some cinematic clips of it on my video that I did of the build :)
You were just joking about the books on the floor right? You didn't need to buy a bookshelves because you had three built-ins in that room to put them on 😂

I doubt Grill will do that lol, he'll do his own thing and I'll watch him do it with clenched teeth!
