      I should have shared with you that the painting behind us was done by a friend. He's an artist in Cape Coast. I have several pieces of his art. His name is @Atankzi. Check out his Instagram page.

    1 always try and use workers who have been referenced
    Let them do an estimate and check with locals about cost
    You are free to take several estimates to compare
    2 Never prepay a job
    3 put what has to be done and the cost in writing for both parties
