    Flavor Preservation: Pasteurization is performed at lower temperatures compared to sterilization, which helps preserve the natural flavors and nutritional content of the plum jam.

    What order should milk be pasterused and homogenised? Everywhere says different.
    This video says its first homogenised and THEN pasterusied but then some websites and videos say its first pasteruised and THEN homogenised? Does it not matter the order?

      I was talking to a dairy farmer, he said his kids got in trouble at school for not drinking their milk at lunchtime. I was a dairy farm kid too, hated milk as a kid, after we sold the cows, it's great.

    I find homogenized milk is relatively congestive in the body, substantially more so than raw or non-homogenized milk. Many diseasements are caused by gunking/congestion of ones body system. Homogenized milk is a substance which promotes congestion within the body,… which contributes to diseasements.

      @entiretinofsweetcorn7025 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      how does the homogenised milk promote congestion?

    • @YusufFitness
      @YusufFitness 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@entiretinofsweetcorn7025 it causes fat molecules to become smaller and allow substances tto bypass digestion, so proteins that normally would be digested and broken down in the stomach are not broken down. Increasing the chances of incomplete protein digestion in the small intestine. This allows some milk proteins to be absorbed into the bloodstream intact . This could very well sensitise the immune systwm and lead to milk allergy and intolerance

    • @YusufFitness
      @YusufFitness 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is what the Homogenisation process does, I didn't specify my comment. I've never heard of it being a congestive though...that's new news to me.

      @@entiretinofsweetcorn7025 fine particules of the milk which aren't as readily processed by the body, and thus have a gunking effect on the body, i.e. a congestive effect on the body much more so compared to non-homogenized milk. It's up to each person to figure out what works most practically for their body.

      The plants and trees in the neighborhood cause a lot of congestion in the body and mostly in the nose and such but that's why people love their Zyrtec Allegra Claritin Benadryl etc... But I still love plants.
