  • @alexreeves2850

    You can say whatever you like, but this video is actually good at informing what en Emulsifier is. If you compare this type of information to the type, that is available at www.palsgaard.com this actualle explains what it does.

    • @xiupsilon876
      @xiupsilon876 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This video is only made to make you think that emulsifiers are normal in all kinds of foods. However, they are very often used to dilute foods (like coconut milk) with water and then add thickening agents/emulsifiers/aromas to fool people to buy these lower quality foods. Then they can have less diluted foods and sell them as "premium" foods, when they are still diluted. This video is made by the chemical companies that sell these ingredients, so it's pretty biased.

    • @ByAzuraByAzuraByAzura
      @ByAzuraByAzuraByAzura 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's not scientists that are your enemy. If you actually go read up on the studies and evidence independent scientists do they were always the ones warming people throughout history about things yet people choose what the faceless corporations and their advertising has to say. Scientists and Doctors are always treated as raving lunatics fearmongering then turns out years later they were right. Scientists were screaming for years the deadly effects of smoking, it isn't their fault that lobby groups and corporations and individuals backed up by industry funds silences them as much as possible. Tabaco companies would get studies done showing the dangers and would pump millions into propaganda to mislead consumers, not Scientists. This video wasn't made by Scientists.

    why can't you just make things natural like they used to, this is why we have processed foods because emulsifiers will make it bind better but what about our health thats more important. Soy added to most food ingredients as emulsifiers is horrible for men they mimic estrogen and give men man boobies
