Just started collecting in the middle of this year. I'd say my top 3 pickups were the Palomino 1s, cherry 12s, and the Gratitudes. Also snagged some fire red 5s on the resell market. It was fun!
The Unions would make a great halloween custom.

Jordan got my🤑this year... White Cement 3, Black AMM 12, Olive 7, Cardinal 7, Playoff 13, Playoff 8, Black Cement 2, and last Cherry 12. WC3 was amazing and best of the year hands down! 🥵

Glad that you still are doing reviews. OG grinch still looks to be in great condition. Just turned six years sober. You might remember me.

* i would just like to say the move to zero thing is a farce. For those that know, producing sneakers is up there in terms of damaging to the environment and they are churning out more and more and flushing them out on sale any way they can, a little cardboard box for the laces is not gonna cut it, ever, not even close, big sneaker brands expose themselves in these times in pursuit of greed and care not for the enviromnent at all - these are the FACTS.
My personal favorite pickups of the year are the reimagined 3’s and UnionBBS Jordan 1. Both kicks match with so much. The Union’s feel amazing on feet. Leather is soft and comfortable.
My favorites personal pickups of this year are the Jordan 3 reimagined and the New Balance Lapis Lazuli
Fire Red 3s released in the updated OG shape in 2022. 😉

I did. Would've been dope and then reserve these for the playoffs. He still rocked them anyways though but the Flints would've had more appeal if it was worn in the ASG.
Offtopics, but you said the 23’s use less glue and are more handmade? Does the OG 23s from 2008 deteriorate like other Jordan models and would they still be wearable without any restorations to them?
Still wearable. You may have to have the rubber sole portions reglued though but that’s about the extent of restoration you’ll need. My OGs held up well

I’m like 90% collector and 10% wearer. If I double up on something, I’d wear or if I find a great sale I do. I’ve been into sneakers since 1995 and have over 500 pair. It’d be impossible for me to wear everything.

Relatively new to your channel. Random question - do you collect only? My sense is that you don’t wear pairs unless you’ve doubled? How many pairs do you have in total? Super impressive on how you care for your sneaks.
Collector here. There’s a select few I’ll wear if I double up or pairs that hit way below retail. I’d say 90% collect and 10% wear. I probably own over 500 pairs. I’ve been doing this since 1995.

Yeah mine have yellowed as well and they were in the box in the closet. I think that’s just the natural process.

Honest question bro. Do you wear many of your shoes or do you just collect?
I’m primarily a collector. There were a few sneakers I doubled up on like the Playoff 13s, the Lost and Found 1s, the Reimagined 3s and then some others that went way under retail. I've been a collector since 1995 and have over 500 sneakers. I typically beat around some of the same sneakers over and over so it's impossible to wear every sneaker in the collection.
Satin breds were a woman’s exclusive, not a men’s
The reference was to the original drop from 2016 which was numbered. That was a men’s pair. The 2023 is women’s.
All these sneaker pickups this year. They all are unused. What did you wear this year? Lol
Some doubles out of the year like the Playoff 13s, Reimagined 3, the 38s and some stuff still from last year. Some other shit I wore and sold like Penny 1 Orlando, Panda Dunk Lows, Tom Sach’s GPS and some adidas Boost. I’m primarily a collector. Do you follow me on IG?
