Hi Howard, for next video can you explane about Pre-Stretch tension, thanks!
for me 4U is the best..82 Grams, and string 27.. best for beginners..its oke tho? what do you think ,😊
Can you review astrox 100zz and astrox nextage?
Thanks Howard! I'm an old man 5U user now. When are you going to come up to Toronto to play? Did you play Pan Am in 2015?
Yes I was in Toronto for the 2015 Pan Am Games in Markham! Hopefully I can visit again soon!
Hi brother, plz clarify for me on the racket's grip size G1-G5. Which one is smaller & biggest 🤔
I have a video explaining grip sizes also! Check it out on my channel.
hey Howard, thanks for this vid, it's really good:). But i have a question, which would be better in terms of generating power? A 5u head heavy racket, a 4u medium balance racket, or a 3u head light racket? If u chose to answer this, u can take ur time :))
It would depend on what kind of power you're looking to generate. I would say if you are looking for overhead power, it's always best to go with a head heavy racket. Even if it is 5u, I feel the head heavy balance would be the best in terms of generating power for smashes. I find it quite difficult to generate good overhead power with headlight rackets even if the overall racket is heavier. Hope this helps!
@@howeezy Thanks for your answer, Howard, it did indeed help :))
Great vid. Looking forward to the next one. Which racket weight do you prefer?
I personally still really like the Original 3U Arc Saber 11 but on the Arc Saber 11 Pro I prefer the 4U
@@howeezy very interesting, thank you
Hi Howard, I wonder where they put the extra weight between a 4U and 3U within the same model?
Great question. Typically the rackets maintain the same with distribution so my best guess would be that they evenly distribute the added weight throughtout the racket to keep the overall feeling the same.
Hi, which weight would you recommend for a Beginner who is just into badminton recently ? Is heavier the better ? Or should start with lighter racket?
What is your string tension?
I play aerobite at 29/31 lbs.
⚖️
having a new voltric z force ii is a flex and the color is yellow not black 🤧
Yeah, it's the Lin Dan Edition Z Force II 😀
Often times i feel that my 3u 1000z is lighter than my 4u astrox 88s I guess weight distribution is extremely important
exactly! nanoflare are quite head light while the astrox 88s will be more top heavy which is why even though the astrox is 4u, it might feel heavier when you swing it
Waiting for give away 😊
coming soon! make sure you are also following on IG, sometimes I announce there 😃
Okay sure 😊
I realized that now my racket is 0U 96grams
Is this with or without strings and grips. Again the weight should be completely without any strings or grips.
Finally
hope this was helpful!
Should have weight them with getting strings and grips on
That would make it inconsistent because everyone uses different kinds of grips and also cuts the grips different lengths. Weighing the rackets without strings and grips keeps it the most objective measurement for comparison purposes.
Thanks Howard for this video. It was really informative..🫶
Thank you, glad it was helpful!
