Nomad has been talking to me about All the Units for awhile now, and how much work they have been putting into it.
You're seeing several months of development compiled together... and from someone who initially had 0 experience modding. To be able to learn all this and make the mod, it's quite amazing.
I'm glad you're giving it this attention, as I know Nomad is really proud of it. Seeing someone else being able to share the mod to others, and enjoy it yourself, is really nice.
It’s a truly impressive mod, one of my favorite ones so far! The great detail of everything alone is worth the try. It’s a must play mod.

I really like how you can build whatever you want and don't lose a unit because of an upgrade example after getting the guass cannon upgrade or the grizzly upgrade you would lose access to the other unit and I know most would say why would you want too cause the upgrade is supposed to be better than the first form but sometimes thats not always the case, cost, pop cap and versatility can apply
Take warthogs for example, the gauss hog is the max level, and amazing against vehicles and air units, but loses its capabilities against infantry. Meanwhile minigun warthog is great against infantry, so mixing the two would be a great, cheap, and quick counter against a mixed opponent. The downside is that it's weak armor for all hog variants makes it a quick kill against enemy units as well
I'm glad that someone especially you checked out Nomad's mod. Anyone that is able to create something so enjoyable and fun out of Halo Wars code I feel deserves to get some attention and believe me when I say this Halo Wars 1 can be so cranky with its code its almost as if it's a living thing (yeah that sounds weird but its fricken true.) Either liking what your doing and accepting your addons or hating whatever you do to it and giving you a hard time. So for Nomad to add all of those units, tech upgrades campaign assets, and much more and the game still runs smoothly is very commendable.
Those garissonable police tower buildings are neat.
This looks great. I always like it, when games and mods offer you dozens of units.
This is truly the best mod,it captures all the Halo infantry,artillery, and airforce.
Love this gonna try it out when I get the chance. I love halo wars so much and I needed a good refresher. Also his comment near the end about horrible mod documentation is so true about every modding community, people just don't write good install instructions and then get mad at you for not understanding them.

I've been a halo wars fan for YEARS and have just now discovered mods for it! I'm gonna wait until payday comes so I can get it on Steam (since I always play on Xbox) and try the mods myself!

@Nomad Thunder no it not that my units leave the base just fine but these get stuck on the ramp leading out of it.so i guess some of the custom ones are bugged

Yes.
The arbiters from both games r the same but he died at the end of halo wars 1 and this arbiter is the one before our one in the normal games
So, I’m fairly new to the HWDE modding scene, But I had a couple of questions if anyone is available to answer them.
First and foremost, is there a way to get multiple mods working at one time, I’m tandem, like say I wanted to run this, more leaders, and build anywhere all at one, I’d like to know whether that’s possible through a maker…made patch or through user based wyrebashing.
Secondly, is there a mod somewhere that breaks the 2v2/3v3 team based mechanic and lets you choose to say 1v5 or vice 5v1 and such.
Thirdly, it may be a simple answer but we’ll ask it for those in the back, is it possible to get some mods to work with multiplayer/friends.
I may edit if more questions come to mind.

So:
You can't get multiple mods working at once, all of them overwrite the same files like leaders.xml, objects.xml, squads.xml, etc.
We have managed to get something similar and that is a FFA style gamemode, it's either done by modifying the maps scenario file to have the 3rd and 4th players not use match settings and give them team number 3 and 4. There is also a method which requires knowing how the gamemode scripts work. 1v5 and 5v1 would be possible I'd imagine but I haven't seen anyone do it.
Lastly, mods do work with other players they just need to have the exact same mod and also be on the exact same platform as you.
