- This is by far my most requested video for YEARS and I finally pulled it together to do it for you!!!! Today I'm going to talk all about OP babies - otherwise known as occiput posterior or sunny-side up baby's positioning or maybe you've heard of back labor? This is a huge concern for pregnant people and can cause a longer, harder labor - so I'm going to explain what OP is, how to know if your baby is OP, when it matters, how it can affect things, whether or not you should stress and then, I'm back in part 2 showing you different positions you can use to try and help your baby turn to OA or occiput anterior or back of the head towards the front of you- position, which can speed up labor and make it less painful for you!
