Take a spoon of the mixture, make it round and put it on the baking tray that has been brushed with butter. 5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until it is golden yellow.

Hi. It is called Classic Cookies since people usually make this kind of cookies all the time. The dry ingredients include: 1. 180g Nestle cornflakes (this brand is the best to make this cookie) 2. 210g cornflour (for crunchiness) 3. 150g all purpose flour 4. 50g almond nibs 5. Half a teaspoon of baking powder Wet ingredients include: 1. 250g butter 2. 2 teaspoon of vanilla essence 3. 180g castor sugar or granulated sugar 4. 2 egg yolks Method: 1.Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. 2.Put butter,sugar and vanilla essence into the mixer and mix it slowly. 3.Put the egg yolks and beat it slowly then fasten the speed. 4. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and let them mix well. 5. Butter your baking tray to avoid from sticking. 6. Put small dollops of cookie dough toward inside the baking tray. ( She said that if you put it near the ring, it would burn) 7.Bake at 180c for 20 minutes. 8. It is well cooked if the bottom and the top is golden brown. Please have a try.
