Gotta be honest, not making Luke gay was such a huge wasted opportunity in this show. He didn't even need to be partnered with someone, just the idea of a "womanizer" with two gay uncles still afraid of coming out, not because of his family judging him but how society would treat him is just chef's kiss. Plus it would've given the character something to do since they decided to drop his "Working at the country club" arc.
