Same here
Same!!
Same, everything is just so good!
Brian Finnegan's playing is so intensely musical, I literally can't even.
Hello, musician goals!
Brian is god playing whistle.
Hello! Do you see her standing on one Foot? As if this wasn´t complicated enough, she is playing the transverse flute meanwhile. And not one word must be lost about Brian Finnegan, the superb whistle player.
Really perfect. Who listen in pandemic times April 2020?
Me, and very happy to do it!
@@massimogiuntini1 Really great. I just listen Rubik. Whera R U from?
@@massimogiuntini1 Hard to tell?

@@massimogiuntini1 I cannot say a world. So great music You play and such a ..... You still play with a band?
I just love how at the end of some truly awe inspiring amazing breath taking musical genius on the whistle Brian just goes over and pats John Kelly on the back. Such a combination of talent and humility is wonderful .The rest of the band are superb also.I keep coming back to this video again and again
when the bodhran sounds like he's playing the bones. Damn good drumming.
How can people dislike this? It's sublime. It what makes me so proud to be Irish.
Seeing them live was an epiphany.
Flook forever!!!
Such beauty. Almost done on playing in my low whistle! Thanks for the beauty of The souls who wrote this. Humanity got higher after this. (Brazil)
4:57 Brian Finnegan using his right hand pinky finger to bend the note down by partially covering the opening end of the flute. Very cool!
I didn't notice it, cool!
Never seen anyone do that on a whistle before - thanks for pointing it out!
@@AngelPavon Me neither, thanks for that!
I’ve seen him do this in other videos and I was like...whaaaat?! He’s awesome. I love watching him play exactly for things like that🥰
say whaaaat
Seriously amazing stuff. I can't stop listening!
beautiful set. beautiful.
Crazy good!
I’m an African-American (=African+Irish+Native-American+Cuban) and I know what you did here and it was exquisite! I love musicians.
I like it!!
oooooooh this wonderful energy!! can't get enough of this!!
У меня одно слово, НЕВЕРОЯТНО 😳
Love it, and she has the whole Ian Anderson/Jethro Tull thing going on with her playing..............YES!
Flamingo Leg :-)
@@siyotanka4you Apparently it helps with the breathing, It didn't to Ian Anderson any harm, or Krishna for that matter! 😅
I love brian's music and flook. It's my wish to listen to their music directly!!!
이지혜 yes
Beautiful Sound. Fantastic Group
I love that flamingo leg. Means shes really into the zone.
Verdammt, ist das gut!
Great
La grositud de Brian Finnegan es tremenda, que nunca deje de brillar esa pelada!!!
Love this Irish music, it sings to my soul- thank you🤩🤩🤩🤩
She stands on one foot while playing because flute isn't hard enough to do, otherwise? Sheesh, what a show off! I can barely stand on one foot long enough to put the other sock on.
Just kidding. ;-) *Very* nice music!
Ian Anderson style of flute playing.?
Auuurgh! I was going to make the same comment!
It's because she's a bird! Obviously!
@@elizapedersen4702 Nice comment, (even if totally lost on 330 million Americans)!
I hear that for an encore she does Manfred Man's 'Pretty Flamingo' ;-)
I saw Flook last night at Broadstairs Folk Week, so brilliant, so tight with their arrangements - there's very few folk bands that have kept the same lineup so consistently for so long!🙂
A belter of a tune. Magnificently played 🙏🏼🌈🎶
I first saw these guys at Cleethorpes Folk Festival, in the now demolished Winter Gardens :'(
The "blew" me away!
So much love and joy in their music!
What a good quality :) Thank you so much for uploading this! =D This is my favourite band of all time!! Cheers from Norway
The look she consistently has towards Brian while playing speaks to me... "Ok... You can slow down now... Really, you can slow down now... For the love of everything good please slow down!!!!"
Omg and I’m an atheist. There is no contradiction in this music aloud. A pure and hypnotic melody, something to be proud.
❤
Nice!!!
Wonderful band! And the whistle player!!
I was having a really hard couple of weeks… but hearing this masterful performance just… it just let’s you appreciate the beauty of the world, of living and be there to float along with every guitar strum, every note.
Tysm guys. This is a great gift for all of us.
And it's immediately better in the "stork" position! Thank you for sharing.
Does anybody know if Flook has a book with sheetmusic? I would love that :)
No, but you can find the first tune online pretty easy.
Come once to Belgium again! It's so beautiful what you play! Of course Wales is also a nice country, but....tis a long way
This is my favorite Flook`s song
God that’s crack’n ;)
So good 😊
Thanks Flook
Hola. Comentario 100. Soy de Málaga una región al sur de España, uno de mis sueños durante esta pandemia es ir a Irlanda a un concierto vuestro, y luego perderme unos días con mi pareja por allí.
Preciosa música. Mágica. Un abrazo:)
I wish they came to the states more. Not much of a crowd for them here. I feel like I'm one of the only people in America who even knows who this band is and that is a tragedy.
That classic Ed Boyd magic when he has capo on the 2nd fret at 4:24 and then suddenly at 4:29 it´s on the 5th
This group is full of talent. Love that whistle and all the rest. Phil Kerry sent me the video. Can sometime tell him his email for his whistle site is non functional. There is no way anyone can communicate with him about his products? Thanks,
Comment c est beau. ♥️La musique celte m évoque l aventure et authenticité sans concession. De quoi me rappeler mon road trip des Shetlands vers L' Irlande. 🙌💯
choon
Mr. Brian Finnegan is one of the greatest musicians I ever seen.
This was a most delicate player of bodhran. Amazing touch.
Somebody knows the type of the flute the man's using?
Whatever your taste in music, that's outstanding!
I you love flook
Brian Finnegan just as good as it gets. Fab band
absolutely adore this vibrant music, top class musicians, Please listen to 'Flutopia' from their album 'Flatfish' a terrific spine tingle of melody, modes, and rhythm...my favourite piece by them.... Harvey Perkoff
baritone flute to penny whistle holy mony , ian anderson eat your heart out
Never heard anyone better.
What song is it that plays at the end?
Brilliant.
I wanna marry this bald gentleman
Кайф
wonderfully dynamic and intelligent
Fellow flute player here this makes my heart happy
Does anyone know what kind of tin whistle this is? Mine doesn't go lower than a D

How would be rythm of the first tune called?
quick question what instrument is the bald guy playing
Low whistle

Alto flute and tin whistle.

Brian Finnegan is the man.
最喜欢的一个版!!
Heard Brian separately before not suspecting he had been a part of a band. Just discovered Flook for myself. Love Irish music and they are amazing!
from what album is this song?
DobleG Haven (2005)
Does anyone know the tuning for the guitar? :)
DADGAD
I played first tune with EADGG#D
Timeless. Sublime. No words.

Epic! Thank You for this!
Ed Boyd is the best guitarist, I' ve ever heard!
Perfekt!
Magical.
Wonderful, wonderful..!! 🧡🧡
wow. next level.
I love this so much! Awesome playing!!!
No place closer to heaven than that of flook, wrong foot forward.
Haven is experiencing the look and feel of things on this earth, we can't experience until we go to heaven
Monstrueux !!! Greaaaat
Amazing !
Sou brasileira e adoro! 🇧🇷
that's a replay
Why does she always stand on one leg?
Because you fall down if you lift them both
David Lovrien Touché 😂
hopefully nothing postural
Maybe a nod to Ian Anderson ☺️
Shes in the zone.
That is tight as f***.
шикарно и душевно.
2021 let's go!
Anyone know the brand and key of tin whistle played?
colin goldie‘s A and D
Absolutely fantastic!
I am so happy

alto fllute?
I was wondering about that. Looks longer than the 'regular' concert flute.
@@leelinden8107 yes, it is an alto flute (key of G).
Yes, alto flute.
