The Idaho State Police have reported an over 500% increase in Heroin and Fentanyl use in the past 3 years, even small cities like Meridian are straining under homelessness and drug addiction. Fact of the matter is that these issues affect everyone everywhere. You just seem to have your head in the sand about it. And speaking of Vancouver, there are 4 spots near downtown and the waterfront with tent towns, but you'd really have to seek out homelessness to see it so I don't know why you're disparaging the city. It is very clean and safe.
