Such a beautiful video as always Gemma 💗💗 best way to decompress at the end of the week! Couldn’t agree more on your thoughts around food, really appreciated that chat. So happy for u that you’ve found freedom from morning nausea and instead a way of eating that not only feels good but still feeds your creativity & spark in the kitchen. Such a sweet spot I hope to find myself too soon. As for ideas - here for any chats you feel inspired to share (sorry that’s so broad and annoying)! Be thinking of you this week, crossing my limbs a puppy is assigned to u 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 So grateful for your creativity & wisdom Gemma x
Looove the video this week Gemma. Reintroduction of food discussion made me feel so comfortable and happy for you. I connected with the message so much. Also I love the brownish/purple rug in front of the couch. If you know where it’s from and feel like sharing I would love to know. Can’t wait for the next video! Xx
Thanks Mary! So glad you resonated. We got the rug on Etsy! From a seller in Morocco. There's some incredible rugs on Etsy. I really want to get another one for our room soon. Have a great week! x
Thanks for sharing more about your relationship with food. I can relate, i also have IBS and had an eating disorder and was very strict around food and got underweight. I still lack hunger cues, it can be very confusing therefor to know what i crave or if i eat enough. I still feel a lot of anxiety around it. What do you think is the reason that adding some animal products to your diet helps considering your IBS? Is it because it is lower in fibre or something else? And was it difficult to change your diet because your partner is (still) vegan? I still eat mostly plantbased, sometimes some dairy but my husband has always been an omnivore and eating together is quite difficult (he doesn't like legumes of beans or soups/stews which i love). For future videos i love to see more favorites videos, like books, series, podcasts, products or habits that you have been liking lately or even for a long time. I did loose a lot of muscle strenght, so i am curious what you do to get a stronger body. And perhaps seeing a little more from where you live would be interesting, if you feel comfortable sharing of course.
Thank you for this beautiful video Gemma! Some inspiration for upcoming videos: what you cook in a week. Meals based on ingredients from your garden. House tour. More book chats :)
I love the way you make everyday activities meaningful and special. It’s the simple things! Xxxx
Small things can be so beautiful in your videos. I like the order and your lifestyle. You are a healthy influencer, this helps me so much 👍💕
Awesome rant!
Love the chat about being a vegan. It’s interesting what you said about feeling bad eating chicken. And your body needs that nutrition. Xxxx
