This is not a mere poop joke, this is masterful storytelling. SPOILER ALERT: He foreshadowed that he did not do a proper job of cleaning by making the Howie Mandel remark (which is a niche reference), and then did a misdirect by talking about farting on the way out of the bathroom. Thus, when the twist was revealed, it was unexpected, but could have been foreseen by a keen listener. Simply brilliant.
Conan's look at around 2:05 pretty much sums up my feelings on this clip.
I don't usually find poop stories funny, but somehow this guy kept me interested as to what was going to happen next. My face, well, I looked like Conan lol Cringing all the way through the end

Once on a cruise ship, I came upon quite a sight in the pub area men's room.
This guy was sitting passed out in a toilet cubicle, with his pants and underwear around his ankles. Only, he was sitting on the floor in front of the toilet, with a half-eaten hamburger in his right hand, mayo spilling everywhere. A bit of vomit on his dress shirt, his unbuckled pants full of shit between his legs.
Being there to see him wake up, now that would've been epic. Adam Pally is funny too though.

That remind me the story from 1 finnish guy that was icefishing on frocen lake. They have this warm jumpsuit with hood. He done his "big bisnes" when there was no one there on little island on middle off lake. He moved afterwards back to fishing and wonder why the smell is still so strong 20 minutes later. He know, why the smell was strong, when cold wind blow to his face and he have to put hood on.
