Wonderful! Reminds me of the work of Studio Mumbai, when I look at the house from the outside. Wonderful proportions, and very subtle volumes. Very sculptural and minimalist indeed!

Beautiful house - I love the brick look, there is an realtor in pune which does a lot of that too. The sky light alone makes me want an independent house :-)
Cons too, nowadays because of higher density and taller structures around independent houses have very restricted ventilation and good view outside in majority of areas of the house..in flats you are better off in that sense.
So simple and elegant. House looks awesome, excellent work Mr. Alok and team following just basic things and yet making the building so beautiful and stunning 👌👌

As I designer I have to say, good work mate. You kept it so clean as per the given theme and context. Exterior is so calming and definately makes a statement, interior I loved the living room, but kitchen is very bad. Doesnt go with the aesthetics and theme. But overall, lovely job.

We agree with you and have incorporated rain water harvesting and solar power generation into the design. In addition to this, maximisation of natural light reduces the dependency on artificial light considerably.

Not only it's a beautiful house but also an aesthetically pleasing piece of art that gives a feeling of calmness as well as serenity. The simple yet the timeless classic appeal of the red bricks make the building a true work of art. I really do love it.
The explanation of the architect is really good and extremely lucid. A few more pictures of the architecture would have been nicer. Otherwise the video is good.

😂 I met this architecht and told my budget is around 70L for construction he said he doesnt deal with clients with less than 1 cr budget. Does that sound cheap to you?
@@prashant5460 bro everything comes with a cost , there are many ways to construct your house in 70 lakhs but if u want it in any particular way then you have to abide by the price they charge

Beautiful house.
Good design and interiors, my only comment is on the seating furniture on the first floor...which has sharp edges..one needs to be careful, if they have children or elders at home.
Whoa that location is mere minutes away from my house! Never really expected this kind of site to be so close to my location.
The only thing that I didn't liked in this project is there are no trees or plants around the house :(
But the swing was beautiful.

I always wanted my house to be minimalistic with little strokes of modern approach. I have seen many architects prefer to go too minimalist that sometimes an outsider may feel are they living in house or living in building with an Incomplete construction. Overall nice . Should have a ground floor WC at least for guests. One of the two ground floor bedrooms could have been moved up stairs in placecof the large first floor living space... its mot a very large house so could have made better use of the available space.
