@@ry2932 In that case, you have to start over. Either you obtain a fresh new PCC from the Police Station(this will be much more convenient) or you apply for a fresh PCC from Passport Office.

I guess you must be carrying Indian passport...so getting pcc from India is a mandate...rest you can skip
