    Hii bro, I've a doubt, I've took loan of 24 lakhs which covers my tution fee (i.e., 12.5 lacs) and my living expenses for one year around 10 lakh, so, do i need to show personal funds or , can i show the sanction letter of loan for my living expenses for 1 year? Is that enough? Please reply bro

      @@vishalrana3435 see...bank has provided you loan on some base...if not funds, you may have real estate...so what I would suggest is that if you can get a valuation certificate of your house (current market price)...because I am also not aware what these embassy people look for...this is just recommended yo play safe... At the same time, a friend of mine just produced loan sanction letter and he got the visa without showing anything...so cheer up

I think , I'll go with the sanction letter only as the the bank provided me an unsecured loan , with my sister as co-applicant, So during the visa application, if i provide my sister's bank statement or form 16 , would that help ?

    If i am leaving Ireland and coming back to India after work or education. Then how to close my Ireland bank account AND how much can I save in my bank account while earning in Ireland? And how much will i take back to India? How do i transfer my earnings?

      @@vaishnavigiri1315 you can transfer all the amount from your irish bank account to either Revolut/Skrill (these are two renowned apps to transfer money back to your country). Also you will get a good exchange rate compared to others. Once this is done, you can close your irish bank account by visiting the site online or through your app (if there is a provision). You can also call at your bank helpdesk for any further queries.

    Brother I have another doubt. Do I have to disburse the education loan amount to my bank or sanction letter os enough to show proof of funds. I have took 20 lakh of education. Starting I disbursed 12.5 lakhs and paid 11.5 lakhs fees and remaining 1 lakh in bank. The rest 7.5 lakhs i haven't disbursed but i still have sanction. So In order to explain source of funds do I have to disburse these amount of sanction letter os enough to describe the funds. I am going to show 5-6 lakhs of liquided amount and I wanted to show this education loan. But HDFC credila told me they will disbursed after visa. Butmy counselor telling me you have to disburse the amount to show funds. Brother please reply i am in very doubt.

      @@starplays07 I guess you have the loan sanction letter stating that an amout of 20lakhs has been sanctioned. No need of disbursing the rest of the amount. In your "Summary of Funds" explain that how you have utilised (like you said). That's it.

      In general it is not recommended to take a loan amount covering both tuition and living cost...anyway...don't worry...you can produce the loan sanction letter

      Find the market price of your land through a valuer and then get a certificate from them stating the current price of your land. You can produce the certificate in the visa application

    What is th procedure after submitting the application online?

      You will be given a date on which you need to go to VISA office. You must carry the required documents. Refer my video on docs that you need to carry with you on the appointment day. The process is time consuming. Once you submit the documents, biometric will be taken on that very day and you need to give your passport to them. That's it! Come back home and after 20 working days you can expect the visa. Your passport will be delivered to you home address.

      It is only required for VISA. You need to have a medical insurance before you apply for VISA

      You can obtain thr PCC from your local police station. It is accepted

      @@ry2932 In that case, you have to start over. Either you obtain a fresh new PCC from the Police Station(this will be much more convenient) or you apply for a fresh PCC from Passport Office.

      Offer letter Experience/Service Letter Release letter Resignation Acceptance Email (take a printout if possible) 6 months Payslip ITR form for the past 3 years (max)

      See...the main point is whether you have the worth to repay the loan even if you don't get a job in Ireland (worst case scenerio)...this is what the Embassy people will look into...Assuming you have a worth more than 15lakhs (including ur sponsors), I won't recommend u to take a loan more than 15 lakhs...hope this clarifies ur doubt
