I think this is the most Partridge-esque content I've seen you make and I am SO HERE FOR IT! All it was missing was "As if I wasn't feeling self-conscious enough painting in an airport, I've been and bought some 'blueys' to keep me occupied!". Absolutely creasing here.
I have never tried painting on the fly. The most I have done is painting while participating in a course or in a class (helped focus and not mind walking). This is impressive and I definitely will try it out if ever needed.
This is 1000000% the kind of content I’m hyped for. A while ago I traveled with a big Rivendell army to paint while on vacation and wasn’t brave enough to paint actually on the plane. Would love more content like this!
I can't believe you painted that Gandalf model on the way to the Tourney 😅 Hope you had a fantastic time in Ireland, it was great to play against you at the event Harry and the board games Saturday evening were great fun as well. All the very Best! 💚🤍🧡
Thanks so much! I was really happy with it in the end, but most of the work was done in the spray paint stage - Wight Bone by Colourforge is genuinely amazing
Great content and some competition for that other content creator who travels around in a van . Thank-you for sharing your journey look forward to the next one.
Haha! I actually gave the magazine to my little nephew, and we had a great time using the stickers and the ball it came with! The paints have yet to be out to use I think (I left them with him to use at his parents’ house rather than ours!)
As finished as I could get it on the plane 😅 I basically just dotted the eyes, painted the hooves and washed it a bit, but you’re right it could definitely do with more work!
Well spotted! Originally Mrs P was to come with me but she’s too pregnant so there was a spare seat, which made me think it would be much easier to achieve ☺️
A great video, painting in a Wetherspoons! 😅 ... its a shame its such a "taboo" ... I dont know why, people read their books, do their fantasy football, crosswords, jigsaws etc, why cant we paint without the weird sideways glances? ... I believe everyone else is odd for not painting on a plane!
I hope the video shows that it’s less of a taboo than people think it is! It’s unusual so naturally draws glances… But the lad at Wetherspoons summed it up with his intrigue but lack of judgement! I’d definitely recommend it though! Thanks for the comment!
@EntmootVideos I will certainly be trying it, most likely on my way to Imps and I have a bunch of orcs that need finishing ... just sat in Ferrybridge services furiously painting away 😅 ... it definitely does appear that it's less taboo than we think, I have noticed the more I talk about it with others, the more it seems others do it too and just haven't mentioned it before
This is actually top-tier content!!! Love it so much. Good to see you come around to the wet palette.... even in a very situational context.
You're totally right - this was a perfect use of the wet palette... but I'm still not convinced for non-flight based painting...

This put a big smile on my face, especially the convert and the beer. Cheers!

Glad you enjoyed it!
The flesh tones you achieved with the magazine pink are on point!
Haha! It’s largely down to the wash I think! But tbf a bit of that and bone worked really well!

Talk about commitment! Grand vid!
Haha, thanks man
Fly you fools! Great vid.
Really entertaining and fun idea!
Really good video and I'm very impressed with the result.
Thanks Sir! Genuinely chuffed with it!

Haha, I didn’t want to draw attention to it in case the edit was rubbish but I was genuinely proud of it! Thanks Oliver 🥰
love the podcast and thank bluey for the rescue. I feel you will get to know Bluey all too well soon lol
Praise to Bluey 🙌🏻
Hearing you talk about painting on the plane on the podcast I had to check out this video, 10/10 what a wild painting experience!
Great video! Got me inspired to paint next time I'm stuck in an airport
Genuinely well worth doing - the time “flew by” 😉
Great wee video
Brilliant! Gotta love Bluey coming in clutch there, and you've got the magazine for a sneak peek into the next 8 years of your life!
Praise to Bluey 🙌🏻 The mag has gone to my nephew, but we did have fun with the stickers before it went 😂
Fantastic video and wonderfully painted model!

Man needs to learn how to pour a beer 😂 awesome vid!
😂 in my defence the bottle was far too big for the pint glass so I never tried to make it fit… But the point is taken!
Haha, well still a brilliant video, head size forgiven 😅
Brilliant mate, very well done 👏🏻
Thumbs up for being a legend.
Great vid! Cheers for the shout out!
It was a crazy and awesome bit of Hobby, had to give it a mention!
Great little challenge! Great end result

Haha, I’d be lying if his channel hadn’t inspired me a lot these last few years!
@@EntmootVideos yes Alex is a legend his content always makes me laugh.
For this paint tutorial, you will need: White Scar, Rakarth Flesh, Kantor Blue and Issue 279 of the Bluey magazine
🤣
Question is, will any of the other Bluey paints be used in the future? And if so, what for?
And… did you read the magazine?

I have fear of flying but if you can paint on one im sure its okay ps whole new meaning to fly you fools
It may well be a perfect distraction for you!!
Ah, airport security paranoia. All been there.
Is the horse finished?
As finished as I could get it on the plane 😅 I basically just dotted the eyes, painted the hooves and washed it a bit, but you’re right it could definitely do with more work!
Did you book two seats or get really lucky?
Well spotted! Originally Mrs P was to come with me but she’s too pregnant so there was a spare seat, which made me think it would be much easier to achieve ☺️

I honestly don't think anyone would give a hoot tbh.
