EU4 Roman Empire 1543 speedrun as England , no exploits no colalition, stable country

Hey guys, wanted to check how it goes the new speed run on latest patch, I think it slightly became harder as more provinces are needed.
England is pretty good candidate as I was not planing to achive before admin tech 10, where you can form Angevin empire.
Its a chill run , with just a few birds. Cancelled several subject in order to reduce ai, the rest is prety straightforward.
I think its possible, without any problems to achive it as soon as tech 10 hits.
