Yeah the last several villas we shot have had AirBnb guests checking in within hours so couldn't mess up the property with a big splash.. and this one - amazing pool but a bit dangerous to try a freeform dive as I enjoy ha. Next one we get that's ready to go I'll do a flying squirrel dive..
At 4:20 when he is talking about perfect layout I can't help but stare at the TV on the equivalent of a built in end table exposed next to stairs with the whole back visible from the dining room. Seems like the designer didn't plan for watching TV which is the most common activity in most living rooms.
You are so right! :) The architect didn’t plan to have a tv but because the new owner is renting the place they had to get a tv. For sure it could be better integrated..but honestly..tv’s don’t belong in Bali. Looking out of the window in this villa and you will be entertained :)
I LOVE all the indoor plants BUT I have to admit that I can't help wonder what the downsides of all those indoor plants are. How much maintenance? How much cleanup is needed? Any root damage danger to the floor or foundation? Bugs? Mold? etc.

In a shared parking lot, just enough for 1 car and 3 bikes and no space to turn around. If your neighbors have over guests while you are out, there is not parking for you. And, you have to walk to this villa with no protection from the rain.
