Thank you for your comment! Many people feel the same about leasehold. However, there are still many benefits and possibilities with leasehold properties, so don't let that scare you off if you want to invest in Bali. ;)
I seem to remember the last Govenor of Bali passed a law all foreign villas had to have a bali architecture look .
All these villas these foreigners along with many others selling off bali from under the Balinese look like western flat roof box design houses they look nothing like asian style then they throw some bali furniture in them and call them bali style .
The same thing that happened to Hawaii years sgo is happening to bali .
The island is being stolen from the locals
You are absolutely right that all villas are under certain restrictions and that is also why we only sell properties that follow the law and which are approved by the government and issued the right building permits.
@@propertiabalirealestate I'm talking about the structural look of the building many foreigner's who have set up real estate n development business after the reopen of Bali are building western style designs flat roof on box like construction.
They do not blend in with traditional Balinese design .
B4 COVID Bali had overdevelopment problems but since reopening it's become a runaway train .
The infrastructure for Bali has not chance of catching up cuz the money is not being spent to keep up with it .
Canggu is a good example it's severely over developed traffic is out of control .
As I said the ground water is running out it's estimated it's only got five years left cuz the millions n millions of tourist coming here are using vast amounts of water and producing vast amounts of pollution.
Traditional Warungs are disappearing along with the rice fields .
Crime is way up and the list goes on it's not benifiting the locals the money like always in Bali only goes to the elite

You're right I try and talk on the spot with minimal notes and leave it up to immediate inspirations; I think it's important to be genuine about my impressions and experience in these properties. After all, that's the premise for anyone's decision to invest or live in a villa. Materials are fairly ubiquitous: concrete; limestone; lavastone; marble; teak; alang-alang; terracotta; glass.. repeat. I'm always wanting to convey as much as I can - would love to hear your thoughts on what can be more informational? 🙏
