You're going to probably laugh, but what you do for baby's constipation, works on everyone! Trust me I know! It's mainly rubbing lower back above left cheek, and from upper rib cage down rub tummy down, actually all your front.

Gracias por mostrar, me doy cuenta que no vale la pena tener más de dos bebes, como madre, estarás cansada todo el embarazo, ya que con bebes, ya no puedes descansar. Y despues del parto, estará muy ocupada y ya no podrás descansar nunca más creo... así que simplemente me quedaré con mis hermosos dos bebes y los disfrutaré al máximo. Sin contar, conque en el embarazo vas a perder todas las reservas de vitaminas, esto te descompensa aun mas..
