Cast a custom or buy a heat sink for its size.I was planned as well like you well its a nice way but its round shaped you have to put a acrylic peice with reflection paint or use silver paper to cover it and put it in the lamps housing to make it rectangle so the beam goes on the road as straight without scattered.
i wanna do the same thing running an 100w led (36v 3amp) but instead of running full power give it only 15w so i can use a smaller heatsink with no fan. using more leds at a lower wattage is better in terms of heat and energy use. the 50w bulbs have 50 1 watt bulbs inside. the 100w has 100. supplying full power doesn't get it that much brighter but just overheats it and causes it to die early. so 2 of these bulbs running at 15w will get me brighter than my 30w led highbeams
successful people have many failures, until they find the best solution... kudos for trying!!! its a fail but im sure your future versions will be better and better : ) Blessings!
Output shouldn't be good at all. Sir, you have to use lense and more conical reflector since cob chip led has flat source of light. This reflector is made for that halogen which has perfect positioned light source to reflect on that particular reflector. Thanks.

That hot glue will melt in seconds hahaha
not hot glue its silicon waterproof glue
Oh in that case , yeah that would do the trick, but what about the beam pattern , I think alot of us would want to see it at night
Hit problem
that's one way to blind on coming trafic, It's call a Reflector fog light for a reason, You did it wrong.
And yet another video of air in the background , no explanation of what parts , where to obtain the parts. On top of that are you a mute.?

yes bro its was just prototype project
Not for long time bro. Because led having hot efect
Yup but this is only low budget led replacement video thanku for watching
A que voltaje trabaja el LED??
What voltage does the work?
Uriel Huehpa 12v 2amp
En línea donde los puedo comprar?
You wont get the beam pattern it will blind people from foglights
Because they are not fog lamps to begin with.
How is the output ?
output is nice but it is just demo project when led lights no esay available

Thanks.
hitting protection nhi lagaya gya h.
Without heatsink..Hmm...too bad
it wont work for 1 min due to heat
it was just a demo project
Abe iske piche hetsink nahi lgayga
he crazy put 50W led without heatsink. are u nuts. thats fry your LED.
You made a blinding machine. Dislike!
