@@NE_IL They could have been still be active or barely in service! 2016-2017 isn’t that long ago yet! Rebuilds could last longer than 30! I know rebuilds would be good on a shortline near Michigan as well! Here’s a couple options give them one last chance with very few dash 8s send a few to California as yard switching, scrap, sell to other railroads, or keep rebuilding!
