I love your cinematography on this series, really makes the viewer feel like they are there alongside you! Thank you for taking such care to share all this with us, such a magical place
This was an amazing experience the food was gourmet compliments to the 👨🍳 Chef. And the room was so beautiful what a dream. You have to go to K's restaurants now that was a meal fit for a king. Thankyou so much for the amazing experience in such a beautiful location. 😍
Wow, what a gorgeous stay. The winter videos this year are so awesome. All of the changes and time spent on the editing in these new videos is really coming through.
Although I am Japanese, I wasn’t familiar with the Mt.Daisen area. Your Daisen videos which are impressive and informative about how much the Mr. Daisen area offers! Absolutely I am interested in visiting there! Thanks for another fun video!
Everything in this video is beautiful! The accommodations, the food, the energy! Thank you both, I love you guys!🥰 hello from Lafayette, Indiana USA!- Amanda
Great video guys. The Hotel was amazing especially the views of Mt Daisen . The dishes prepared by the chef 👩🍳 looked delicious 🤤. Thanks for sharing this experience. Arigato. 😀👍

I'm drooling..over the room, the view, the food... You need to post a drool alert next time you're posting such videos, guys... then I'd know to get a bucket ready 😆
I've never heard of them, I've heard of balsamic vinegar pearls, while I was in Venice there was a chocolate / jam shop that had it,... damg beautiful sales lady convinced me to buy it.. and chocolate and cookies, white truffle spread, and truffle salt lol.. 250 euros later lol.. definitely was worth it
wow so beautiful luxurious i want to visit there one day will put it on my bucket list. was that a furo tub or a hot spring tub? wow private chef very high class thank you so much for sharing with us
I love staying in a luxury ryokan. The meals are sublime. Chef Yamano's meal looked amazing. If you've never done it you must try and stretch the budget to do it at least once. But for me one of my favourite things is shokupan toast in the morning. I love shokupan so much 😀 Don't worry, you don't have to stay in luxury ryokan to get great toast though😂
Are you planning to see the Broadway tour of Rent while it is in Tokyo? If you do, my husband @jeffontour is the drummer on the show. We love you guys!
The one problem I always have is with the pillows in Japan. They are often flat or filled with husks and they don’t give you enough pillows. I guess you could ask for more but many people like to sit up in bed and read but it’s difficult with Japanese hotels. Other than the issue with pillows rooms are usually very clean. This room is very unusual to get one this large. Apartments are smaller than this hotel room.
The food is the (bad) opposite of the temple, where the meal was simple yet elegant and healthy. This time, there is has a strong vibe of a surenchère of meat and not so well-thought composition.

This is a super personal question but just wondering if it’s custom or if it’s Japanese culture, but why do you guys always get two beds when you’re in a hotel? Is it just sleeping preference? Or is it something cultural you have to do because you guys are together? I recognize this is super personal so don’t feel obligated to answer. Just wondering if this is something LGBTQIA folks need to know for Japan and booking hotels. Not trying to be offensive, genuinely curious. Again, please NO obligation to answer. Maybe someone else knows if this is a cultural Japanese requirement for same sex couples when booking a hotel?

Wow. Beautiful!

Dang this looks fancy! With a meal like that I'd feel like I died and went to heaven! ^^
While in Honolulu if you didn’t go try to go Herringbone it’s 3rd floor of international market happy hour is 4-6pm reasonable
I wish I could have a private chef just for the weekend!
Damn. You two got to really experience it.

I see Satoshi has embraced his status as a sex symbol with those bath scenes. LOL Nice eye candy for the ladies.
Wow I feel richer from watching this video lol
Are you planning to see the Broadway tour of Rent while it is in Tokyo? If you do, my husband @jeffontour is the drummer on the show. We love you guys!
I was trying to understand how that toaster worked. Adding water??
I believe the gimmick is that you add the water to the Balmuda and it steams the bread before or while it toasts.
It’s a fantastic expensive toaster….works great with croissant too
How much does the hotel cost?
I want that toaster.
Satoshi soup 0:08
me again, i was curious about the price of that stay including dinner and breakfast
waaa
That’s the comfiest looking thing ever

💖💖💖
That hotel looks like a real nice AirBnB apartment. I guess for $400 a night, it's pricey but not too bad.
the way this hotel room is bigger than my apartment
Food looks Amazing, but were you even able to get full, or even Content in the tummy. Plates are so tiny of each.
The food is the (bad) opposite of the temple, where the meal was simple yet elegant and healthy. This time, there is has a strong vibe of a surenchère of meat and not so well-thought composition.
