Just remember that olive oil is used for COLD dishes like salads, it can be really bad used with high temperatures, that's why i use coconut oil instead.

Also, a little insight on the Wine: spumante is the champagne equivalent in Italy, we usually drink it to celebrate something, and it’s obviously sparkly. Moscato, on the other hand, is just a very sweet white wine, light and fresh, usually drank by women and after the meal, with desserts :)
