    Sir, I am following your video and it takes loads of courage. Lodha made us to sell the flat without loan to buy their flat on huge loan. My mother in law underwent a major surgery and had shed all the savings. We pleaded to withdraw the booking but they said we habr to pay extra. Today we are under a crore loan and thr repo rate is increasing every month. It's q loan of 40 yrs. Due to my mother in laws health we couldn't take it further. Now it's high time as we are in a state of quitting life.

      You know in Islam Interest is Illegal,,God says It is war against Interest taking/Giving people and God,,Since interest makes wealthy people Wealthier and Poor people poorer. In a time it leads to crush your economic condition and also leads to suicide!! My talk might harm some people,,But it is the truth,, You are a victim of interest. Thousand of people are victims. What Sin anyone has done if he needs loan, Is it a sin,,we need blood to save life,,Is it a sin? No!! If some one gives you loan,become partner of his business for certain Percentage, If loss comes both will share,if profit comes both will share as per deal!! It is an example, there could be more ideas also. But interest??,,It is a concrete disaster for loan seeker,,And completly fruitful for loan provider!😢Why this type of system.

    Be careful before buying any residential or commercial property in Ulwe. When we visit Brokers / Builders office as a buyer, they are showing the positive side of investing in Ukwe to sell their products at higher price. When we visit them as a seller, they are showing the negative side of Ulwe to sell the property at lower price. Brokers are not satisfied with their 2% commission in Ulwe, they want their commission much much more than what Investors are gaining. They do not care for investors are gaining or losing. I am very much concerned about the investors / consumers who have purchased the property on loan. They are the victim and getting exploited in this real estate market.

    Agents donot take interest in showing resale flats … try to land us ultimately to builders sales office for under construction property . Resale seller charging rate of new construction while no amenities in resale flats . The agents tell reseller to inflate the rate (for old properties )

    A see lots video of your in Mumbai i purchase 3 property oit of 1 was subvention scheme with well lnown developer i had sufferer a lot but finally got everything. On 3rd property i succed happily after suffering 1st 2 property.
    With proper knowledge 1 should not buy flat. Really we must have experience people like uncle ji atleast 2 to 3 when go for deal.

    Great video, sir also do make some videos on how to choose, purchase plots, requisite documents for plots that needs to be verified etc. I stay in Delhi NCR and there is a lot of scam going in terms of 6% farmer qouta land, CLU conversion etc

    They never go beyond these so called agrnts. We cannot even reach to builders empliyee. Builder rules everything. They say take or leave. They won't answer any cross questions. We.have to listen without question and buy or leave

    In Bangalore- kadugodi area, a small builder has contructed apartment of G+4 floors, whereas bbmp (permission issuing authority) has given permission for only G+3.
