This is what happens when someone grows up with no consequences. She's probably used to hitting to get her way since she was a toddler, and no one has ever cared because she's a precious princess - even in this video you can see the apathy the crowd has. My solution? Martial arts training for kids, taught in a mature and professional setting. If you're well aware of how serious violence is because you've experienced an ass-beating once or twice you'll be less likely to use it as your first and only method of communication.
