We rotate the crops because the alfalfa and the clover only last a certain amount of time, when you plow Sod underneath it helps become fertilizer and the oats we put in are a cover crop. After we take the oats out it will be a hay field again. Hope my explanation was ok. Thanks for watching always like reading your comments
