Nice recipe. What's that thing like meat? I didn't know you can add avocado pear to fried eggs. Thanks for the recipe

It’s roasted beef. It’s already made, you only add it and you are good to go. Replace it with bacon or ham

What kind of butter did you use?

Unsalted butter because I added salt to my eggs. Use salted butter if you don’t add salt to your eggs. Depending on your taste, you can use more or less salt too
