    I've made this recipe several times but I always add green peppers, red onion/yellow onion and some brocolli. I'm prepping my vegetables now. Thank you for this amazing recipe

    What's your opinion on taking the foil off five or ten minutes before the Potatoes and Carrots are completed cooking time?

      Hi Joseph, great question. That's a matter of preference, it will produce a slightly drier result but will still be delicious, you could also sprinkle with cheese if thats what you fancy. If you prefer a little char, you can always set the oven to broil for the last few minutes.

    They look delicious but they're not roasted. Those now are steamed by the way you cooked them.😮
