7:18 For the ones curious as to why Plankton's Japanese VA's voice feels so incredibly different to the English VA's voice, is because apparently when Nick started to localize Spongebob to other countries, the Japanese department thought it was very odd and strange for such a small looking character to have a quite pronounced and commanding voice (which is basically the whole gag about Plankton in at least the English dub) so they made Plankton's Japanese VA give them a more kiddish and smaller voice!
