- Now I'm not a haterrrrr but I'm coming back with another video giving Marvel games some flack. And why not Marvel Rivals, the hit alpha test that's covered the internet in the past two weeks, which has an overdesigning problem. Am I a little late to the hype? Ofc as always, what did you expect?
But in more serious terms, I thought it would be fun to redesign some of these characters (I fumbled with redesigning Loki, and I apologize tho), as the idea of a 6v6 Marvel "shooter" game sounds fun. While my point still stands that I think these things can be way too overdesigned, I don't think it's the end of the world or anything. So, if you're down here reading this, enjoy the video.

So funny little update, they just changed the Spider-Man suit design right after I dropped this, and it looks a lot better. They simplified the design a lot more and they ditched the militaristic aspects of it so that's hype

Oddly enough, Spider-Man’s Rivals design got changed a little on the same day this came out

@@Balthazar-hellraiser Yeah I think I can agree with on that, The main suit looks a little better now but the Scarlet Spider design just looks off and way too busy.Doesn’t help that it’s a recolor lol
I agree the new suit looks a lot better now but that Scarlet Spider skin is pretty bad, I take it they're going for the Kaine iteration of the suit but ya it's the "Scarlet Spider" in name only lol
