- Welcome to Episode #3 of Rugsy's Jersey Kitchen Finger Lakes Glamping Edition! In this episode, Ruggs puts together one of his favorite dishes inspired by his mom "Raphaella." It is a beautiful combination of locally grown late summer vegetables paired with a local Finger Lakes rose wine from Anthony Road Wine Company. But that's not all! Ruggs makes a fresh loaf of no-knead peasant bread in the campfire ring with a Dutch oven and highlights a local farmers' market you must visit when in the Canandaigua area.

Great job Ruggs!!! Looks delicious
Hey thanks for watching!
Being the child to the #2 best cook in the family I can attest to Aunt Rae holding the #1 spot
@@elizabethspina5872 haha.. let's call it a tie! Lol!
Yes! Thank you! Not everything needs chicken stock. Just add some salt. The boxed stuff is basically water with salt in it. Just use some salt!
@@DinoSarma I am glad you agree thank you for watching!
For the record, your bread is vegan! Yeast is in the same kingdom as mushrooms, and mushrooms are most definitely vegan. This whole meal is vegan, and looks super delicious.
And yes, Carrado’s is the best.
Checking in from Newark!
@@DinoSarma hey thanks a lot.. I was not sure so I just learned something!
