I'm still using my PVC DIY rig based on the design from the old show.. Works great. I love the DIY videos.

This is what brought me into sim racing years ago. DIY builds. In 2011 I settled on the Ricmotec DIY chassis made out of wood. Bought Franks plans and went to work. I still have it too (gathering dust now as I went full 80/20 on my current rig).

I knew somehow you were going to do this based on the last cockpit review you did, honestly dude you need to rally all your simpitminions and get a design going and make a Simpit cockpit Cole Trickle Edition, stop reviewing garbage for content and make your own content.

Shaun, I love your work and all, but... let me get this straight. You've bought
    - a 200+ USD DD drive,
    - a 100+ USD pedal set,
    - an 80+ USD gear lever,
    - a 2000+ USD PC to run all the stuff,
    - at least 300+ USD of ancillaries...
And then attach all that crap to a cheap-ass 80+ USD, DIY chassis that will flex and wobble like jello just to save some bucks?
Wouldn't make more sense to make a series on how to repurpose old equipment or how to repair it in case something goes awry in order to avoid buying all of that stuff?
