How to solve the problem: I tried changing the pendrive to other ports; I tried installing Linux and then Windows; I tried changing UEFI to legacy; I also tried updating the BIOS, but none of these options worked. I managed to solve the problem by creating a bootable pendrive with Windows. I had to install Linux and, within Linux, I created a virtual machine with Windows. Within this virtual machine, I downloaded the Microsoft boot disk creation tool. This way it will work
