Contestant are coming to the show after signing the contract. They are coming for name and fame and in return they need to give away these things.
This is not new in the music industry. It's the same in US as well. Many a time Armaan Malik has bring this up openly.

Exactly my point. Agar itne hi achhe artists hain to "Hustle" ki zaroorat hi q padi.. I mean we have hundreds of artists in dhh who are more famous than Keydan or Burrah.. unko to hustle ki zaroorat ni padi.
