I love that you talk about ALUMINUM frames, but the graphic had it as ALUMINIUM. I am an ex-Chemistry teacher from the UK, and used to tell my students that the North American spelling was the original one, and that the extra I was introduced to bring it in line with other elements. I also went for the SULFUR version, rather than the more common UK option SULPHUR. The trouble with doing all the research into e-bikes is that you end up with a huge list of requirements, making it much less likely that you'll be able to find ones locally to try out!

I never know what is the correct spelling of this element, so I randomly pick one of the other.
Increase your voice volume, barely can hear at normal volume.
Could there be a problem with your system? At my end, the volume is adequate.
