Comedians HATE doing these morning shows to promote their shows and sell tickets. This is essentially his attempt to not be invited back. A lot of the times it's also in their contract for the venues. It's not as common anymore especially with podcasts and email lists. It's an old form of marketing, same with radio interviews.

I'm pretty sure most of the well known comedians aren't doing these dreadful small time TV shows, especially now that they have their own platforms to promote live shows. Bobby got away with this wild behavior because it's the same type of unhinged energy he produced while on Madtv.

The best Morning Show "interview" was Mark Normand on Good Day Cleveland, bar none. I've never seen someone bring up "queefing" on a morning show before haha

Comedians basically self sabotage those morning tv interviews. Usually the comedy club would make the comedians do these interviews. The audience of those shows weren’t buying tickets anyway and the interviews were incredibly bad and awkward so all the comedians hated doing them. The smart ones just started trolling them so they wouldn’t get asked back anymore.

Yeah Bobby isn't doing these talk shows....nobody is besides crappy reality tv people. Comedians have never liked going on these uppity shows, and routinely act wild on them. Bobby's onto bigger and better things nowadays.
Im pretty sure outlandish comedians ask what the boundaries are behind the scenes or I at least heard some talk about that. If not, it is basically self reporting

He’s clearly on drugs……compare those interviews with his Podcast (which I love) & there’s no comparison behaviour wise. Mentally still sharp, but the behaviour is, as we say in Australia, “yeah, nah”.
I love Bobby Lee, watch his podcasts all the time and liked him on MAD tv but I think it's disgusting how he is touching, kissing and invading these women's personal space. It's not okay. I don't mind being goofy and being crazy on talk shows but he is going to far with these women. He is saying weird things to acting like he's on drugs. I guess he's better with Andrew Santino balancing him out.
He got permission from the ladies before the show, it's just an act to be funny. If you don't think it's funny that's fair cause funny is an opinion. But Bobby is one of the sweetest gentle and humble human beings in the world.

99% of the time when you see a comedian doing morning TV, it's because the local comedy club has an ad deal with the tv station, and the comics are forced to do them by contract. It promotes the club itself more than the individual comic.
When you have a job that often ends at 2AM in a bar full of drunk people, the last thing you want to do is wake up at 6AM to do a tv spot that will usually end up selling 0 tickets. So these guys would try as hard as possible to tank the interview, or make them so uncomfortable that they wouldn't be asked back next time they are in town.
