    Such a stellar performance from Peter Dinklage! This was Academy level and the first time I saw it, I was totally blown away! Tyrion is and always will be one of my favorite characters from GoT! Just give him all the awards which exist out there. 2 Emmys aren't just enough for this man! Nice reaction btw! :) - A die-hard Game of Thrones fan from India! Yes, GoT is extremely popular here and has a pretty large fanbase.

    Tywin is a crafty old man. He was waiting for Jaime to make a deal for Tyrions life and take advantage of it. He created a situation where he would win either way. Either Tyrion would die or Jaime becomes his lawful heir and Tyrion is sent into permanent exile.
    What I really love though is that the little lord found a way out. The day he dies is the day the show ceases to be interesting.

    Hi. I'm a huge GOT fan & love to watch you guys every week. Is there a way you can figure out how to show them the Mountain Vs The Viper without ruining your sister's reaction? For example, it was really disappointing how u held the pillow up for your mom during the Red Wedding & sort of ruined it for your sister.

    If you notice Prince Oberyn's body language throughout the episode, every time he's seated it indicates he's bored or disinterested. But after Tyrion's epic speech Oberyn's non-verbals show his interest is piqued.

      @itsby199 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      That is why he will be Tyrion's champion. But.. You knew his ending. Terrible.

      @@itsby199 Honestly the worst part was that Oberyn had Gregor down for the count and could have finished him off right there but he was showboating way too much.

      @@saylosrelyks8645 yeah, he's getting emotional so bad that he couldn't make sure Gregor can't do something.

      He was nominated for season 4 (2014) and won for season 5 (2015). Aaron Paul won for Breaking Bad in 2014.

      As she is Tywin Hore now, i guess she was told Tyrion would not be killed. Shea seemd shocked, when Tyrion confessed and demanded a trial by combat.

      Podric was offered money to lie, he said no, then he had to go with Brienne so as to not get murdered.

    Oh, I think Shae had every intention of saying what she did, out of revenge and because it would earn her quite the reward for helping Tywin and Cersei. With the exception of a few moments here and there, she didn't act like she loved him. If she loved him, she'd listen and understand when he tried to protect her by telling her not to treat the situation in King's Landing so lightly. She loved the prestige of being the lover of someone from a powerful House, and hated the idea that she had to hide their relationship. I'm sure she had sympathy for him at times, but she loved the money and position more.
    Which I don't *totally* blame her for loving it. It was this or going back to being snatched up by some dirty soldier and sleeping in a tent.

    • @gideondavid30
      @gideondavid30 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No, you should totallly blame her. She was going to get Tyrion killed. It's inexcusable.

    0:38 Tywin was also aware of Mance Rayder upcoming invasion to the wall so he figured he would die anyway.

    I think bron knew shae didn't get on the boat. I always wondered why they paid Bron off. they didn't think he could beat the mountain so why pay him no to fight and he didn't testify against tyrion,So the only reason to pay him is for shae

    well in the book she really did , u know she never really loved Tyrion , she was a low level prostitute and one day Tyrion Lannister (a man from one of the richest houses in westeros ) ask for her services , to her it was the best she could have because now she could live well, have bastards and live a good life , almost as good as a noble woman . But when Tyrion was arrested for killing Joffrey the horse she was betting lost and now a better opportunity came with Cersei that promissed good money .
